The place was just as described, perfect for what we needed for that week.

The place was nice, very spacious Good location next to a park Very calm and quiet The only minus was that the heater was not good enough for the whole cabin so be prepared it gets chilly from time to time. Also the sofa does need some cleaning, there is dust and old hair under it, if you don’t look you are fine

Loved our stay at Hummingbird! The suite was beautifully designed and decorated. Everything was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the open and spacious kitchen area and the patio. Being right at the resort, it was so nice to be able to get to the lifts in the morning without worrying about parking and to be able to come back for lunch. Would 100% stay again!

Jan’s place was great! It was exactly as pictured and it was very clean :)

We were having a problem with another location and needed to move immediately. I booked Maria’s spot and within the hour were settled in. She was very responsive and helpful and it was so nice to have no more issues and be cozy for the rest of the stay. Thanks so much!

The only thing I was greatly disappointed about was that I couldn't stay at Kaylene's place longer and had to get back to my family. This airbnb is so beautiful and really quite perfectly laid out. The bed was super comfy (great pillows is a must and she delivered)! The little balcony was so charming and I felt like I was in my own private urban treehouse looking out over the city lights. Anyone with sleep sensitivity you might hear the train roll by which didn't bother me at all, but might for others. There is a gym in the building and walkability is 10/10 as you are less than a block from some great coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, etc.

This little apt has recently been renovated & updated, with even more improvements on the way. Very clean & spotless! King bed really comfortable with quality linens. Stacked washer/dryer in BR closet worked well with soap provided. Coffee & Filters provided for new drip-maker machine & toaster. A few spices left behind by previous tenants. Two, super-comfy matching recliners (no couch) sit in front of a GIANT-SCREEN Samsung TV, ready to cast/display your personal streaming services, or watch Samsung TV via the internet having many channels! Our unit (521) was the end unit in this 4-plex (some units are bigger), surprisingly private & had a secluded front-porch with small table/2-chairs, great for morning coffee under the large pine trees in front yard. The location is on a treed, gravel lot that is quiet with a small peak of the mtns to the south. Not "picturesque" but peaceful. Overall, A clean & quiet place to stay when visiting the area! A great value! Host super-responsive!

Hands-down, the nicest Airbnb that we have ever stayed at! It was beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. There was a welcome basket of snacks and a handwritten note which was a nice touch. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

What a beautiful place! Wonderfully preserved and beautiful new kitchen. We felt right at home. Love all the little touches including all the beautiful live plants. Really a nice home, we will for sure visit again!

This home is lovely & very convenient because it’s so close to literally everything. The home looks just like the pictures and everything was perfect.

This was a great family ski trip. Joshua‘s place is ideally located for getting up to Schweitzer, and then getting a great dinner in town at the end of the day. We hope to come back again.

We love the place as it is big, easy to get to, and great value. Some things still lacked repairs from prior years stay, garage door opening still hard to use (easy to replace), master bed is hard, and just starting to need overall paint and repairs needed before it starts becoming evident. Would love to see some of this done for future visits so it stays top notch 👍 but, that is part of it and house is definitely worth staying in! 5 star with those insights for the place. Really beautiful and peaceful! Such an amazing property!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed staying at Elaine's home over a weekend this past June. What an amazing value! We had plenty of room in her nicely decorated home with all the amenities available to us--strong WiFi, a welcome gift of fruit platters, drinks and water, coffee, and televisions on each floor with streaming capability. There are two bedrooms upstairs sharing a Jack and Jill bath, a living room with a sofa (which you could comfortably sleep on if you wanted to) along with a mini fridge and bottled water, and the fully equipped kitchen. We also appreciated the gas fireplace but didn't need to use it as the temperature was cool yet comfortable. There was one bedroom downstairs along with a sitting area with a couch and TV, a mini kitchen area with a mini fridge and bottled water, and a full bathroom. The downstairs tends to be a bit cooler than the upper level but you'll sleep well under the covers. We found the beds to be comfortable for a good night's sleep. Elaine was very proactive with her communication and we felt totally welcomed in her historic home. We took up her offer for breakfast and it was delicious--and eating it outside in the enclosed patio area was a delight. We chose the Italian omelette along with lattes and hot chocolate--yummy. Park your car and walk to Fred Meyers if you want to buy some groceries nearby. She also had a grill available but we did not use it--would be a great area out back, whether on the patio or the lush backyard, to do a BBQ! Thank you Elaine, for being such a wonderful, friendly and welcoming host! We will be sure to stay there again should our travels bring us back to Spokane. Highly recommended!!

My son and I stayed at Nevada's condo during March break. As born and raised Trail native, RED Mountain has always been where my heart is and it was wonderful to find a place to stay on the hill for such a reasonable price. Nevada has set up the kitchen with all the essentials, and a few extras like parchment paper and olive oil. While we didn't need them, there was a full set of plastic dishes for the little ones too! I'm always a little leery of a pull-out bed, but the mattresses on the two beds were super comfortable and there are lots of extra pillows. The ski base area is a 2 minute walk away, super convenient if you want to return to the condo for lunch, or if you have to go back for something. It was full-on spring ski conditions during our stay but the storage locker in the hallway dried everything out in no time. Nevada provides a boot dryer too! The locker has lots of space to store suitcases and other tote bags along with all of our ski equipment.

This studio was perfect for our ski trip, and a 2 minute walk to the lifts. The studio is conveniently located on the main floor, away from the elevators and building entrance, so noise was not an issue. The studio was spotless, kitchen was fully stocked, and you can tell there are personal touches to the decor/books in the apartment. Check-in instructions were clear, and we found the map in the listing helpful. The parking spot was also very convenient (close to the elevators). Tahina and Chris were great hosts and very responsive. Thank you for the stay!

This management company is amazing. I have stayed with them before. They are always available for anything you would ever need. This condo is beautiful however the owner must have pets because the master bedroom Capet is very stained due to their pet which I did not expect. So if you are traveling with pets this is a great option however I was not and was shocked by all the stains in the carpets in the master. Other then that the condo was fabulous

We had a great stay. We stayed here for my daughter’s bday because she wanted to go to the water park. Everything is so close and the building is safe, secure, and convenient. It’s walking distance to the water park, gondolas, restaurants, mining tour, and brewery. I would stay here again.
