Was a great place to stay when visiting, nice and quiet, with everything you need to feel right at home.

Great little place. Very private, even though it's upstairs of the main house. It has a separate entrance. This apartment, has the best views in the whole house, overlooking a field. Great little kitchen (with coffee supplies, tea, and some snacks). Comfortable separate bedroom. I could live there pretty happily!

Cute and exceptionally clean apartment. Great location, walkable to attractions and restaurants. Very peaceful. Eileen was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again.

Had everything our family of four needed for a 5 day stay. Kitchen had everything needed to cook if you desired. Comfy bed!! Host very responsive. We were there for a hockey tournament and happy we chose this spot over a small hotel room.

We love Bianka’s place, both The Studio and the Sweet Pea Suite. Comfortable and cozy. Bianka is a great host. We look forward to staying there when in Little Falls.

Comfortable and as described. My husband, dog and I stayed the night and it was perfect for us.

Good value for the money with small meaningful touches like a basket of children’s toys which were helpful. Would stay here again if we are in town. Easy in and easy out of town. It’s on the main drag and cheaper than an average motel.

We have nothing but positive things to say about this Airbnb. It was spotless and spacious, offering more than enough room. The check-in process was effortless, and the communication with our hosts was exceptional. A huge plus was the incredible comfortable beds! We’ll absolutely be returning next year. We had a great stay at Jacob's place. It had everything we needed and he was close by if we didn't. Having your own apartment makes you feel more relaxed than sharing a space. The kitchen and bathroom was fully stocked. We even had our own parking spot near the door which is amazing anywheres but especially in Little Falls. If weather had allowed we could just walk two house and been to the park. It was a clean, quiet & peaceful stay. We will definitely be returning again when we are in area.

Perfect stay! Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Paula was quick to respond to messages. Her husband was there to greet us and he was very welcoming and friendly. Fresh bread! Yummmy. I would definetly recommend staying here.

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. It’s in a perfect location for us to stay so we can snowmobile straight from the house to all the trails we like to ride. It’s also close to our favorite spots to shop and eat. There is lots of room for a family of 4 and all our gear. We bring a clothing rack for our snowmobile suits since they take up so much space and there isn’t a closet to put it all. It works perfectly. Great comfy furniture with a spot for everyone to sit and watch tv. Snow service came right away and plowed and shoveled everything since we had 5 inches of snow during the night. Plenty of space to park our truck and snowmobile trailer in the back plus another spot out front. Thanks for having us again. We had a great time! Looking forward to our next visit!

Great location for snowmobiling. House very clean, plenty of parking for my crew cab truck with 24' trailer.
