Patrycja’s house was very comfortable. Due to bad weather we did not get to enjoy the outdoor fire pit but the indoor fireplace was warm and cozy! We enjoyed a lovely weekend and will be back!

Josh’s was the most charming of all the Berkshire bnbs we’ve rented so far. His historic home has a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, quality linens and a living room with plenty of seating for 8 or more to comfortably lounge in front of the huge stone fireplace for board games and movie nights. The interior of this late 1700’s home was spotless and decorated with a stylish combination of contemporary practical furniture as well as several groupings of that suggest how you might unwind: write a letter at the secretary by the window upstairs, put your feet up and read at any number of antique armchairs strategically placed around the home, or challenge your kids to a game of mini-billiards. We had a few questions during our visit and Josh was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The grounds have walking paths and the location can’t be beat: close to the grocery store and downtown Lee while still feeling private. It was the perfect spot for us to unplug. We’ll be back!

We came to Norfolk for a show at the Infinity Music Hall. This house was a perfect landing spot to cook dinner before and relax after the show. It was so peaceful watching the snow fall from inside and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to cook. The appliances were top notch, the house was well decorated and we will definitely rent here again!

Yina’s place is absolutely beautiful, clean, and surrounded by lovely scenery—truly worth the stay. From the coffee she chose to the shampoo and body wash, I enjoyed every little detail. Yina is a very responsive and responsible host. I really appreciated her quick replies and thoughtful touches. Would love to come back again!

I had a wonderful stay while visiting Brattleboro for work. The house is just lovely and extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed. I’m hoping to stay again in the future when working in the area.

Great spot! Stayed at Eric's place for a weekend with a group of college students (8) looking to hit the reset button and had plenty of space. It was spotless and comfortable, and we had no trouble finding what we needed. The virtual guide is also super helpful!

This home is in the midst of beautiful trees and well off the beaten path. My parents accompanied me to visit my daughter at Smith College, and they said they felt “at peace” in this place and would gladly stay there again. My father marveled at the heating/furnace system (he went down to see the huge pellet bag in the basement and wanted to talk with Mary about how it all worked), which is state-of-the-art and makes the large house a constant comfortable temperature. Mary was very responsive and kept us informed, and my parents visited with her when I was in Northampton for a morning. (My father said he could have talked to Mary all day.) For them, the staircase leading up to the bedroom was a bit challenging, and that would be the only downside to our stay. We had everything we needed, and our mantra whenever we were looking for something was “Mary probably thought of that.” Thank you for everything!

Beautiful location in Otis, right on the lake and so peaceful. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our family ( 7 adults and 2 children). All the windows in the house provided great views of the lake, especially from the deck. Our host Nick was very responsive when we had questions or any concerns. Would be nice to come for a stay during the summer.

I chose to stay at Donna's a second stay because I appreciate the quiet neighborhood and very, clean comfortable home. Communication with Donna is easy and friendly.

We had another wonderful weekend at Barbara & Chad's suite. We've stayed there multiple times and love it for our family of four. The hosts are always responsive and so very helpful. We also love the nearby Berkshire East Mountain resort and nearby local towns. Looking forward to our next visit!

We loved staying at Patrick’s place. We are in the process of booking another stay with him. There were a lot of things to do in the area that we didn’t get to do. The room was perfect for us. It was comfortable and very cozy. It was just as described. The place was clean and inviting. Patrick suggested a perfect place for my husband to work out in nature. Can’t wait to see the flowers in bloom at his farm.

Lovely apartment, everything perfect

We loved our stay at the Small Mansion on Chase Hill. David and Mátti were both very welcoming and proactive in their communication. The place itself was beautiful - full of light and plants, and charmingly decorated. The grounds were peaceful and very attractive. We immediately felt very comfortable. It was also extremely convenient to downtown North Adams. It was great to be able to walk to Mass MoCA and all the nearby shops etc. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

I really enjoyed the space. It was clean, free of clutter and very cozy. The bed was comfortable and included a desk for workspace. It was quiet and had all the amenities you would need. I loved the gas fireplace and outdoor patio. I plan to return to the apartment in the future and highly recommend this location. Mary (the host) was very friendly and helpful. I had a great stay!

My fiancé, son and I stayed here while we were looking at colleges. We absolutely fell in love with the place. The AirBnB is beautiful. The artwork and decor is modern and funky. It's got a wonderful, welcoming vibe. We loved using the record player and the album collection. It rained all weekend so it was fun to play video games and ping pong. When the rain let up we walked to the rail trail. We also walked to the corner market and other stores on Main St. Ginny is proactive, responsive and friendly. I highly recommend booking a stay here. We plan on returning soon!
