READ THIS REVIEW: Honestly Stephanies place was better than I expected. The house was beautiful. The art all over the house, amazing. It felt like a big tree house. The hot tub is better than what pictures show. Its so peaceful and close to the airport. We were hesitant at first because of other reviews but im glad we booked because it was far from what we thought. The cats are sweet but they don’t come inside unless you leave the door open. Even then you shoo them away and they’ll leave. Its a beautiful home. I would 100% stay here again if I came back. There is soooo much space. There was 11 of us and there was more than enough space. Very responsive when we needed them! MAHALO !

Our group absolutely loved our stay. The host was extremely responsive and the pictures don't even do the place justice. We loved the view and relaxing by the pool until it was time to hit the beach. The location is ideal; it is not too far from Kona (8 minute drive) but you feel like you're in a jungle oasis.

Felt like paradise! Wonderful set-up for families. Lots of pool and beach toys, high chair, crib etc. Jace was a great host, very responsive. If the place had a good deep clean/paint touch up etc, I’d give it 6 stars!! But that didn’t deter from us thoroughly enjoying our trip. The location is stunning, up on the hill above town. Lots of wildlife so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper- the peacocks especially. We loved watching the birds and lizards and visiting the goats at the edge of the yard. Cabana was a nice addition. We didn’t want for anything on our trip and we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

The house was just as advertised! And the views are to die for!! The house was beautifully clean, all the beds were fantastic! We felt right at home!

We can’t say enough about Jane’s place, and the incredible time we spent there. The home is lovely and exactly as described, well equipped, and a full stock of beach chairs, snorkels, etc., to make your stay special. The back deck - the one you see in the pictures - is so incredibly beautiful and relaxing. The first night we arrived it rained for a while in the late afternoon and the sounds of the tropical rainforest was like a concert of nature. And our friends the sheep were cute and loved eating the leaves from our hands. Jane and Jim are also some of the best AirBnb hosts we’ve ever had. We can not thank them enough for their responsiveness, flexibility, advice and for simply being two of the nicest people you will ever meet. We even fell in love with their little dog Bella, so much so that she came over the last evening and spent the whole night with us, cuddling on the couch and sleeping with us. We miss her already!

We loved the location of the house. It was central to everything we needed on the Kona side of the island and the elevation made it cooler. The house had everything we needed for a great vacation including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and boogie boards. We appreciated all of the appliances and amenities in the kitchen as well. And the property is great with the beautiful flowers and trees of all kinds! Overall, a great place to stay and would recommend to others.

We had a fabulous stay! There were 6 adults with 2 little ones (1.5 and 3.5 years). The home was roomy and bigger than the pictured. We all were amazed at the home and ocean views. The kids had plenty of room to play. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The beach toys were put to good use. The hot tub got used once. There was parking for 3 cars. All in all, the home worked out so well, I would rent it again!

Staying at this cloud forest Airbnb in Hawaii was an unforgettable experience. The home is spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed—including a full kitchen and washing machine. The view from the top is absolutely stunning, with sweeping ocean vistas that made every sunrise and sunset magical. Tucked away in nature, it's peaceful and serene—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We loved having coffee on the lanai, surrounded by birdsong and misty trees. A truly special place—we’d love to return!

I recommend this stay ! There's privacy, private parking, no issues. Great communication!

Sally's place did not disappoint--we so enjoyed being tucked away on the Big Island. There were plenty of nearby hikes and outdoor activities. It was also incredibly easy to just stay put and relax. We used the spot to get around to various locations on the island. We also had no issues driving back at night. Super great touches we appreciated, like having water shoes, snorkeling gear, and a cooler (all things we ended up using!). Appreciated the flexibility using the shared laundry machines. Sally also proactively offered a later check out on our last day since there was no on checking in. We hadn't planned on lingering, but ended up spending a little more time with our coffee next to the pond that morning!

Anastasiya was very friendly and responded quickly. The condo was the perfect location for our vacation and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the golf course. It was easy to get in and out and the assigned parking was well located and convenient. I also loved the amenities like the washer dryer dishwasher etc. Overall this was an excellent experience from start to finish.
