Everyone enjoyed staying here! Came up for a football game! Met the neighbor. Super nice people! Loved seeing the deer in the area! Couldn’t believe we saw 2 large bucks walking around during the day! Wish we had our boat! Beautiful looking across the lake and seeing the fall foliage!

Great place with a stunning view. Very peaceful and lots to do. I rented cabin for end of year 2024-25 with my family and had a great time! We walked to the nearby creek & used the firepit, swings & did a lil exploring in the area. Wei was a great host, very attentive & communicative. I highly recommend this place.

House as described with grill and fire pit. Well cared for with historical detail. Chad was a super host and very responsive. We would stay there again.

Molly's place is one of the best places I have stayed. She has thought of everything! If you need it, it is probably already there. We loved the locally made soaps and lotions, the welcome basket with snacks, and the springtime decor. This house has comfortable furniture (reclining sofas!) and is a peaceful retreat. It is an older home, but well loved and maintained.

We really enjoyed the Lilly Pad! It was private and delightful! The home was stocked with all we needed. The front and back yards are super for kiddos. We had a family corn-hole tournament and loved the board games! We had a last-minute cancel with the dog-sitter and Keith was super sweet with adding him to the reservation. We will be back for sure! Great spot for relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet. Owners are great at communication and easily accessible. We can't wait to stay again!

Bridget is a great host. She responds quickly for all your needs. Home was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Beds are clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back on my next trip!

Another wonderful stay at Jim and Peggy Wynn's home away from home (our 3rd visit)! Their place is perfect for us and we love it here. This was perfect for us and our dogs while staying in the area for a wedding. The view is absolutely amazing and the apartment was cozy. Morgan really pays attention to detail and all of the usual things that may be forgotten while packing, she had in the airbnb available. I was pleasantly surprised! One thing to note is that the apartment is located below their family’s home, and it can be loud at times as you can hear every footstep/movement upstairs, however, it didn’t really bother us in particular as we live in a duplex and are used to it. It did not keep us up or interfere with our experience. We really felt at home here and would definitely return. Thank you, Morgan!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The view was spectacular, the area was peaceful, and it was close to lots of things to do. The apartment was stocked with everything I needed for the stay. I enjoyed the decor and I felt comfortable and right at home when relaxing in the space. The hosts were friendly and responsive. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to Truist ballpark, restaurants, the art district, as well as close to lots of other attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

This is the 3rd time Dwayne, Hoover and I have stayed here. Its such a quiet and relaxing place. Hoover knew exactly where he was and he remembered Lisa and Ginny. I always feel welcome here. Its quiet. There is everything that you need at the apartment. And its not too far from a main highway so everything is convenient. Lisa is an awesome hostess and is always very helpful. We can't wait to visit again. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation spot this is the place! Thank you so very much Lisa and Ginny for another wonderful stay.

The hosts were so sweet and gracious. The cabin is very nicely decorated with sweet touches like the prayer wall. The Hot tub and scenic surroundings are just lovely. They really did a great job with all the extra amenities. Nice and private. They did a great job recommending places to grab food and coffee. Highly the recommend the Hillbilly Hideaway for dinner. Would definitely visit again.

The cottage was perfect for our needs, and we felt very comfortable and cozy there. It was also a beautiful drive to get there. And the host was very responsive to all of our questions.

Beautiful views and area. Quick trip to downtown West Jefferson. Cabin is quaint and comfortable, comfortable beds and couches. Hot tub with the views was incredible. Game room in the basement was so much fun. Pet friendly with water bowls left out for pups. The road to get there is tricky, narrow with some hairpin turns. Fine with an SUV but smaller vehicles may have some trouble. Host is very responsive and emailed clear instructions the day before. Check out was simple. Would recommend for folks interested in staying.

Awesome place to be and get away from folks. I saw reviews about people worried about a few stinkbugs... i wanted nature and got nature. A couple of honeybees and deer was the most but we would be kinda screwed without them. This was exactly what my family was looking for.

This was one of our favorite stays. It’s so peaceful and Vicky has thought of everything to make this a comfortable stay. We enjoyed listening to the birds and the rushing stream. We roasted weenies at the fire pit and enjoyed coffee in the morning on the porch. After a long day of fly fishing we had fresh towels and a comfy bed. We look forward to making many more memories at Vicky’s place!

We have never stayed at an Air BNB before. This was a great first experience! We loved staying here for our kids spring break. The boys loved the game room downstairs. It was close to Boone and Blowing Rock and lots to do. The directions were very organized. Lauren checked to see how we were doing. I would definitely recommend!

Peaceful cabin in the woods, perfect for a relaxing weekend. Only a 15 minute drive into town was very convenient. I really enjoyed my hike at Grayson Highlands, got to see the wild ponies! I’d definitely recommend arriving before dark as the entrance can be difficult to see. Looking forward to returning soon!
