Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Igors Wohnung. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wirklich gemütlich. Auch die Schlafcouch ist für Erwachsene geeignet nd bequem, wie das eigentliche Bett natürlich auch. Die Wohnung liegt absolut ruhig in einer kleinen grünen Straße und zur Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist es ein Katzensprung. Das Ein- und Auschecken war problemlos, Tiefgaragenplatz ganz in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit Igor lief perfekt, Antworten immer unverzüglich. Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt, obwohl wir zu 4 Erwachsenen und einem Säugling da waren. Faxit: Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert. Danke für eine gute Zeit in Wien.

I am a single professional and stayed here for four nights while doing work at IIASA. Pleasant area, balcony overlooks trees, very clean, well thought out, comfortable bed.

The apartment was very clean and organized. The neighborhood was quiet and the rooms were very spacious. We went with a 6 year old and a 4 month old, both boys. The oldest loved the bunk beds and the view, and nobody came knocking on our door when our youngest woke up in the middle of the night for his feeding. Will definitely try to book the same place when I come back to town.

Private, safe and convenient spot a short walk from the heart of Baden Bei Wien. Great host, good value. I highly recommend it .

Excellent communication with Stefan who accompanied us and gives the key to the apartment at the late hour we arrived, 01 am. Thank you for everything Stefan! It is not exactly close to the center of Vienna but it has everything you could need for accommodation. You benefit from underground parking. We only stayed one night unfortunately, the apartment is modern, clean, airy, smells very good, has a living room with kitchenette equipped with everything you need, 2 bathrooms, toilet articles, towels, 2 bedrooms- all clean. In the fridge you can find juices/beer, something to nibble on, and decent prices are displayed on its door. I slept excellently, perfect mattress and pillows. Exceeded expectations! 300 m away is the Billa supermarket.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Armin. Er ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben sogar einen zweiten Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zu Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Wir würden jederzeit gern wieder kommen.

This compact studio flat suited us perfectly; it had everything you need and is thoughtfully done. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for guests. It was lovely coming back to a tranquil garden after being in the city centre all day. We drove to Vienna from the UK and had a garage to park the car; which is a luxury especially in Vienna! We travelled by car into the outskirts of the city a couple of times to see Otto Wagner buildings and also walked down to the local train station. We thoroughly recommend this place. We had a lovely stay, the house is very cozy and very clean. The host was very welcoming and kind to us, very understanding, we traveled by car and it was nice because we had an available parking spot in front of the house. Our little dog, Jerry had plenty of space where to run in the garden of the house. The house has all the amenities you need and it is in a very nice and quiet area. We truly recommend!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super. Sie hat alles, was man so braucht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man hat sehr viele Verstaumöglichkeiten und die Wohnung ist größer als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Die Lage ist auch super und man hat gute Anbindungen mit Bus und Bahn. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder :)

Kati was super kind and had local recommendations. I had a car so being able to park it was a big benefit. The place is also close to transportation which made it very easy you get to all the places in Vienna! I liked that it is a separate building so you don't deal with any noise from neighbors, like you would in an apartment.

Das Airbnb „Villa mit Sauna & Jacuzzi" hat uns als Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren zu acht und es hat genügend Raum um zusammen ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist ein wenig klein, aber es geht. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist ganz gut. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Der Garten ist riesig und gepflegt. Die Sauna und das Jacuzzi sind natürlich ein grosses Plus. Die Distanz zur Altstadt/Stadtzentrum ist relativ weit, aber es gibt gute ÖV Verbindungen oder Uber. Gerne wieder!

Garten ist super! Nachbarn sehr nett!

We felt right at home. Very comfortable and warm. We had everything at hand. We did a lot of our own cooking for the week we were there. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking full meals easily. It is really nice to have the bedroom separate from the living area. It was winter so we didn’t used the garden but it looks like it will be awesome in summer. Very close to transport and a supermarket in walking distance.

Patrick's place is amazing - gorgeous and spacious! Patrick is also a great communicator. Only caveat is that it's a bit far from the city center; though public transportation is convenient, easy, and cheap, there is not a lot to recommend the actual neighborhood as a tourist. But we learned the U-system very easily.

Der erste persönliche Kontakt war genauso sympathisch wie der vorherige Schriftverkehr. Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Fotos und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen 5-tägigen Aufenthalt so braucht. Claudia war jederzeit erreichbar und hat immer schnell und freundlich weitergeholfen. Die U-Bahn-Station war gut Fußläufig zu erreichen und unser Auto hatten wir die ganze Zeit im Parkaus am Fiakerplatz für wenig Geld sicher untergestellt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Claudia wohnen wollen wenn wir mal wieder in Wien sind. So eine nette Vermieterin findet man nicht oft. Danke für alles.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Dominiks Apartment gefühlt. Das Apartment hatte eine gute Anbindung zur Innenstadt. Die Schlafzimmer waren relativ ruhig der Wohn Essbereich war schön und ganz toll ist die Terrasse. Die Kommunikation lief absolut problemlos.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

I had a perfect stay at Andie’s Airbnb in Vienna! The apartment was absolutely beautiful with a stunning view overlooking the city. Everything was spotless and perfectly clean, which made it feel extra comfortable and welcoming. Communication with Andie was not only friendly and responsive, but also gave me some fantastic local tips for food and coffee. She answered all my questions very quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. The location is also a big plus—just a short walk to the underground and only four stops from the city center. It’s super convenient if you want to explore Vienna. I can only recommend staying at her apartment—an amazing experience from start to finish!

Totally fantastic! A lovely apartment, very well laid out and bright, with good space (even for 八卦掌 exercise). Nice living/kitchen area, with nearby bedroom and bathroom. Private and peaceful, many nearby green places and even for swimming. Sabine was great with communication and hospitality. I arrived on a Sunday (supermarkets closed) and she kindly provided some cooking supplies I was lacking. The only drawback, I could not share the experience with my wife. Again, fantastic
