Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein Traum. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Jakob und John waren sehr freundlich und haben innerhalb ein paar Minuten sofort geantwortet wenn ich Ihnen geschrieben hatte. Wir kommen definitiv wieder :)

Nous avons adoré cet appartement et particulièrement son balcon qui offrait une vue charmante. L'emplacement est idéal, très bien situé à proximité des transports en commun, ce qui nous a permis d'accéder facilement à tous les attraits touristiques de Vienne.

Neue Wohnung, gut isoliert. Wie beschrieben. Nette Kommunikation und gute Absprachen mit dem Vermieter möglich gewesen.

It is 15 minutes or so in to Vienna on the U3 metro line and is so convenient. Great views from apartment Read Demi’s description to understand that it is a new listing but I really liked it Thanks

Fantastic stay. Apartment has everything you need and more. Close to VIC station. I’d definitely prefer to book this place next time I visit Vienna.

Staying at Niko’s place was a great base with which to explore Vienna and all it has to offer. The flat is lovely, clean and has everything you need (including access to the building’s wonderful gym facilities). Niko was always quick to respond and help whenever I needed him. Will definitely stay again!

Alles bestens. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. U-Bahn in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und dann direkt mit U1, ohne umsteigen, zum Stephansdom. Alles sehr sauber und modern. Hashim war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder 👍🏻

Die Wohnung ist für jegliche Ausflüge in und außerhalb Wiens perfekt gelegen aufgrund der direkten Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Das bedeutet auch, dass der Zuglärm zu hören ist. Die Ausstattung und Aufteilung der Wohnung ist gut. Schön ist auch, das es im Wohnkomplex einen kleinen Spielplatz und Fitnessraum gibt. Judit ist schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Where do I begin… one of my favorite air. And b’s I have been to!! Olga met us to show us everything we needed to know and very quickly gave us our privacy, yet let us know she would be available-if we needed her-on Christmas eve! She allowed us to check in early which was huge for us. Her place is pristine condition and clean and even smells wonderful. Comfortable bed. Mirrors everywhere Amazing blowdryer! Plenty of toilet paper, shampoo and body wash Well functioning washing machine Refrigerator She bought us champagne! The best part is her place is about 15 minutes from everywhere you would want to go! She leaves local recommendations and helpful info for everything. Felt right at home If we come back to Vienna we certainly would book again!

Super séjour dans cet appartement très agréable et lumineux. Il est très bien équipé et à proximité des commerces et métro. C'est parfait pour visiter cette belle ville ! Rien à redire de ce logement, je le conseille vivement !!

Benny hat uns zuvorkommend und mit viel Wiener Charme die Wohnung und die Umgebung gezeigt. Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Die Wohnung ist sensationell gelegen (Nahe U-Bahn und Donaustrand mit vielen Bars und Restaurants). Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber, gemütlich und was wir während unserem Aufenthalt sehr schätzten (Aussentemperatur zwischen 30 und 35 Grad): Sie hat eine Klimaanlage. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Wien sind werden wir gerne wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

We visited Vienna and MIKE'S APPARTMENT in april 2024. Mike was very helpful and accurate with his directions and also flexible with the check-in time, which took place automatically through distance auto-lock device, without meeting the host, late at night.The place was really clean and very easy to reach by public transport. We stayed for a couple of nights and the place choice was fantastic, right outside bus and train station and very close to city center, a 10 minute bus ride.Also, across the street thereis a supermarket and a bakery, in the corner of a square with playgrounds for relaxing morning moments. The only thing i would mention is that for a five- member family the one and only bathroom was not very convenient, though it was very spacious and clean.

Casa molto bella e spaziosa, più grande di quanto si capisca dalle foto: in sette persone, più un cane, siamo stati comodissimi. Camere da letto comode e molto ben separate l'una dall'altra, in diversi piani. Casa molto pulita, ordinata e accogliente; c'è tutto quanto occorre, anche nel giardino con barbecue e comode sdraio. Ci è stata fornita una meravigliosa quantità di viveri: caffè, the, tisane, miele, olio, pasta, etc.; ma anche mele, latte, uova, cioccolatini, birra; abbiamo fatto un risotto con gli spinaci raccolti nell'orto. Macy è stata molto gentile, disponibile e reattiva, ha aspettato che arrivassimo in auto da Milano senza farci nessuna fretta, all'arrivo ci ha spiegato tutto nei dettagli. Il quartiere è residenziale, elegante, tranquillo. La casa è molto vicino alla principale metropolitana che attraversa il centro di Vienna, raggiungibile in pochi minuti in autobus o con l'automobile: un parcheggio multipiano ha sempre posti disponibili. Una casa molto consigliata!

Villa rose is a great place good location for us local train station or would recommend a car good local supermarkets. The villa was spotless and just as the photos nice place

I’m blown away by Vic’s hospitality and the huge effort she made to make my son and his friend have a great stay!! Communication up to was great, and made me feel at ease for them boys traveling alone:) Vic drove them and picked them up at the festival venue, and she baked for them!! I’m so excited about everything, that I think I need to go myself!! Thank you so much, Vic, for being an absolute perfect host!!

Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.
