toller Gastgeber und freundlich. die Unterkunft vollkommen ausreichend und sauber. die Lage sehr ruhig und die Parkplätze im hinterhoft ein Riesen Plus Punkt. in der Unterkunft war alles da was man gebraucht hat sogar ein paar Kaffeekapseln waren da um am Morgen gemütlich einen Kaffee trinken zu können 👍 klare Weiterempfehlung

Alloggio pulito con il necessario per passare un paio di giorni a Vienna, Jan ha sempre risposto alle nostre domande ed esigenze. Vicino c è il tram che in 2o Min si arriva in centro Grazie Jan e buon lavoro Virginia

Super moderne, gut angeschlossene Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht! Die Wohnung ist nicht groß, aber von Küche mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank bis bequemem Bett und moderne Bad war alles dabei. Beim Check In würde ich mir bessere Angaben wünschen, die Apartmentnummer ist zum Beispiel doch relativ wichtig ;) Dafür ist man durch den selbstständigen Check in super flexibel und der Gastgeber ist in der Regel schnell zu erreichen.

apartamentul este nou, se afla în zona de sud a Vienei, cu posibilitatea de a ajunge ușor în centru cu ajutorul mijloacelor de transport în comun. avantaje: restaurant la parterul blocului și stația de autobuz din fata blocului la întoarcerea acasă. gazda foarte prompta în a oferi răspunsuri atunci când am avut nevoie. recomand.

Apartmánek vypadal přesně jako na fotkách. Vše bylo čisté a hostitel reagoval rychle a byl moc milý. Dokonce jsme na uvítanou dostali manner sušenky ;). Nemám co vytknout, když by byla příležitost, ráda se do ubytování vrátím.

Une expérience 5 étoiles ! Tout était fluide, du check-in au check-out. Le logement était impeccable, calme et parfaitement entretenu. On s’y est sentis comme chez nous. Merci Jim pour ton hospitalité et aussi pour tes excellentes recommandations locales!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen! Michael ist ein äußerst angenehmer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, bei dem man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. In den drei Tagen habe ich mich ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, und ein besonderes Highlight ist die sonnige Terrasse im Erdgeschoss – perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend: Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, und mit dem Zug kommt man in etwa 20-Minuten-Takt schnell nach Wien. Ich werde diese schöne Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und kann sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Catharina’s house is one of the most lovely places we’ve ever stayed! The moment we opened the door, we were amazed and felt right at home. It looked even better than the photos! The house is located in a private and quiet neighbourhood, with wonderful views of the mountains. A large supermarket is conveniently located less than minutes away by car. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some basics for cooking, which was very helpful. The smart lighting system took a bit of time to get used to, but all was fine. Catharina was very kind and responsive if there were any questions :) Hope to return one day to enjoy another stay here!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. What truly made the experience stand out was the host, Michael. He was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and always ready to help with anything I needed. His warm hospitality and local tips made me feel right at home. The neighborhood was peaceful. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wat een heerlijk huis! Met een goede tuin (met schaduw!). We verbleven met ons gezin een week hier. Ons doel was een paar dagen Wenen bezoeken. Dat kan prima. er is op 20 minuten lopen een station en dam ben je met een half uur midden in Wenen. Je kunt ook de deelfiets pakken. Er is een fietsenuitleenpunt op 5 minuten lopen. In de omgeving van het huis is echter ook veel te doen! Een klein, maar mooi centrum met restaurantjes, een mooi kasteel in de buurt mét bos om een goede wandeling in te maken. Eduard is hele fijne host. Vooraf kregen we al uitleg en was er ruimte voor vragen. Tijdens het verblijf reageerde hij ook steeds snel en zeer vriendelijk.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants) dans l'appartement de Tatiana. L'appartement est vaste et propose tout le confort souhaité. Il y fait calme et est idéal pour une famille avec enfants. Sa localisation est très bonne pour se rendre dans le centre de Vienne à pied ou en tram. La communication avec Tatiana a été parfaite durant tout le séjour. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement ! Merci pour tout Tatiana !

Jedan od boljih smještaja koje smo imali prilike iznajmljivati uz umjeren budžet. Vrlo prostran stan, lako dostupan, u prizemlju i sa metro stanicom i javnom garazom nadohvat ruke. Jedino bih poželjno bilo imati jedan mali stol u kuhinji, i par tanjura više. Sve ostalo bilo je savršeno tako da je ocjena i dalje 10/10. Puno hvala domaćinu

The apartment was great; modern, stunning views (above the roofs of Vienna) and centrally located right outside the first district. Wilfried was super friendly and very responsive—when the apartment got a little cold we could call him and he instantly increased the temperature. It is definitely worth to rent again next time we’re back.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Fragen wurden immer schnell beantwortet. In der Wohnung war alles notwendige vorhanden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden:)

Lovely apartment, affordable and very aesthetic! A bit of a walk to the centre of town however very worth it as there are some lovely local bars and shops we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. Great host, and great house.

Die Zeit im Appartment von Andie war wieder einmal wunderschön. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche, warmherzige und engagierte Gastgeberin. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben. Das Appartment ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Vom Balkon hat man eine herrliche Aussicht über die ganze Stadt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Not just a place to stay. We felt very much part of a "Family".. Christian was so Kind, answered all questions, provided a map of immediate neighbourhood (Bakery, grocery store, coin wash, etc.), mentioned tram tickets...and best ways to use them to get around. Was often there after or before hours to help, called a taxi on last morning, despite foot injury. Above and beyond Hosts! Very nice to have safe in Apartment as in others, Service to Change linens and towels once a week!
