We had a lovely stay at Deborah’s place! The perfect little home base for our family while we explored Ukiah. Lots of natural light and a beautiful deck. We even woke up to deer in the garden one morning! It really added to the experience. Great location that feels secluded but is just about 7 minutes to the center of town. Deborah is also very gracious/kind! Highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon! Great hosts, very responsive, friendly and accommodating. Awesome location and great vibes. Overall a very nice time, thank you!

All I can say is wow, what a perfect stay we had at The Guest Nest! Kerry's place is beautiful, inside and out - spotlessly clean, well thought out, cozy and spacious. Lots of light during the day, and the fireplace kept us warm at night. The views from the windows, porches & garden are amazing, from the garden, to the grounds with the deer grazing, to the ocean. Absolutely fantastic neighborhood as well...Caspar Headlands and Caspar Beach are an easy walk, and they're both gorgeous. Last but certainly not least, Kerry was an amazing host - extremely helpful, kind and communicative. If I ever find myself in the Mendocino area again (which I hope to!), I would absolutely love to stay in The Guest Nest again, just an amazing place/host!

I wish I could give Sapina 10 stars. From the first communication she was so friendly, helpful and gone out of her way to make our stay easy and comfortable. I cannot fault Sapina about any aspect of her hosting or the fabulous gem of an apartment. The location is close to the park, art centre, restaurants and only a short drive away is Safeway and Marisa market, and many other shops for anything you need. The exact location is set within other buildings ha so it is private and feels so safe. The apartment itself is incredibly clean, with nothing missing to make your stay completely comfortable and easy. There is plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy their stay, with games and comfy seating. Sapina has decorated to represent her hosting skills - everything is shiny and sparkly, and just makes sense. The giant bed is totally comfy, as are the fabulous bar stools and sofas. If you are travelling through or need a longer stay in Willits do not miss Sapina’s starry night stay!!!

Wonderful spot right on the lake. Next door to a free boat ramp. 4 minute drive to a bunch of restaurants and parks. Also the inside was all newly remodeled, very modern kitchen and bathroom. Will likely be coming back.

Ahhhh, this house is a dream. One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in. So close to the beach and impeccably designed. I loved hearing the ocean at night from the upstairs room.

A wonderful jewel nearby Mendocino. We celebrated my mother’s bday here, and it was a lovely and relaxing weekend. The kitchen is well stocked and the sauna was amazing. All in all, an absolute dream!

Maya is very friendly and responsive host. She accommodated our request to checkin early. The birdhouse is a great place to stay with your friends and family for a weekend getaway! Lake is walkable distance. Listing accurately describes all the amenities that come with the house. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful place!!! We really enjoyed the sounds of waives crashing against each other and how roomy the house is! House is close to everything and not far of a drive to all the locate beaches!!!

Marne's place was great! Very comfortable for my wife and our dog, but there was also definitely room for a few more people. There is a very spacious and well stocked kitchen and a very comfortable living room. The backyard is enormous, with great views of the ocean and sunset in the evening. The yard is not fenced in, and we saw a some wild turkeys and deer roaming through, and there are a couple houses nearby, so it's good to be mindful if you are bringing a dog (but we had no issues at all). The house is a very short drive to the town of Mendocino and an even shorter drive to some very nice trails. We loved our time here and would 100% come back and stay here again. It checked all the boxes.

We definitely want to come back! Cozy, peaceful, sounds of frogs, nestled in the redwoods. Shower was so hot and the outdoor tub is magical. Fireplace was lovely. Friendly neighbors. Nice touches like handmade wood work and fresh bouquets of lilacs and wildflowers. Feels like you’re outdoors. Kitchen fully stocked. Can hike to the river from the house.

Stayed April 25–27 at “Behold the Ocean,” and it was magical. From seamless check-in to prompt, friendly communication, our host made us feel welcome before we even arrived. The home is an ocean lover’s dream—every room delivers sweeping views of crashing waves, and the wrap-around deck with hot tub was our favorite spot for sunset ocean views with a glass of wine. Inside, the space is bright, impeccably clean, and stocked with thoughtful touches. We also loved the pool table and expansive lawn, perfect for cornhole or an afternoon picnic. Tucked on a peaceful peninsula just a short drive from downtown Mendocino, the location strikes the ideal balance between seclusion and convenience—shops, wineries, and coastal hikes are all within easy reach. We can’t wait to return!

Awesome stay in Inglenook - good instructions to get to the house, everything was exactly as described and more: the kitchen was well appointed, great for staying in and cooking a few meals; the outdoor shower was fantastic; the photos of the large backyard doesn't do the property justice; and the private access to Ten Mile Beach was an absolute highlight of the trip (watch out for snowy plover in the dunes). The house itself was spacious, plenty of room for kids to find their own nook to get cozy in, and the beds were comfortable - the best part, for pet hair allergy sufferers like my son, the house was amazingly clean. Lots of great food in nearby Fort Bragg (Jenny's Giant Burger always hits the spot, multiple great places for fresh seafood in Noyo Harbor, and lots of brew pubs for a city of this size). And, for cyclists - there's some great XC trails in the nearby Jackson Demo State Forest, great for beginners, in addition to the Coastal Trail. Thanks for a fabulous vacation!

A great place for a family vacation. We had a single level property with a nice patio that lead to a huge grass common area and a play structure for the kids. Pool was also a short 1 minute walk, had a great hot tub, small wading pool for the kids, and a heated large pool. We spent almost all of our time there. Arcade games were also accessible in main lobby area. Room had AC and anything we needed to our own food. Grocery store was within 5 minute drive.
