Juan and his wife are amazing hosts. We utilized their chef service, fully customizable menus. Breakfast daily with a couple of scheduled dinners for our full house. Extremely accommodating. We needed a pair of crouches for a twisted ankle and Juan got us a new pair. Daily cleanings with laundry service. The house is the perfect size with great outdoor space. The pool is heated for those chillier Medellín nights. The view has to be the best view in the whole city hands down.!!! Thank you guys so much !!

Place is fantastic for all levels of Medellin exploration. Can accommodate families as well as small groups. Place was close enough to everything. Quite safe neighborhood.

Great spot. Great neighborhood. Everything you need is within walking distance. Nelson arranged transportation to and from the airport with a friendly driver so you don’t have to deal with the cab drivers trying to rip you off. He met us at the door and gave us the lay of the land. Where to eat, where to shop, where to go, and where to not go. I will definitely be back and plan on staying here when I do.

Estuve con mi familia en este lugar y la verdad nos encantó. El apartamento tenia de todo, lavadora, secadora, cafetera, cocina bien equipada, jacuzzi, en fin súper cómodo. Andrés, el host, siempre respondió super rápido y estuvo pendiente de todo. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar, pero al mismo tiempo queda cerca de todo lo turístico y del parque, así que nos movimos fácil. muy recomendado, nos sentimos como en casa.

Un lugar muy tranquilo, la vista es hermosa y relajante. Se encuentra en una unidad cerrada y sin embargo el lote es muy privado, muy cerca al parque del Retiro y de muchos lugares en el Oriente Antioqueño. Un buen lugar para descansar y conectar con la naturaleza.

We loved our stay here! We could not have asked for a better location and accommodations for our family of 5 (with young kids), plenty of room, clean, and a perfect location, very safe area. We could walked to so many delicious restaurants and the metro without issues. Our flight was delayed getting us in during the middle of the night but still someone happily welcomed us in the middle of the night with welcome treats, what a refreshing start to a fantastic week in Medellin!

Un hermoso lugar, la atención de Andrés súper amable todo el tiempo, atento a lo que puedas necesitar, súper tranquilo el entorno, muy cómodo, limpio y con muy bonita energía, lo recomiendo 100%, un plus es que puedes desayunar en el balcón y alrededor vas a ver ardillas y aves todo el tiempo, increíble, me encantó.

The place is exactly as described. Great for family with kids. Great view and cozy set up. I would say I think we needed more pillows, hangers , fruit holder, small things since we were a long term stay. Overall great location , Omar was very responsive and attentive To our needs would recommend. Thank you!

5 Stars — Absolutely Wonderful Stay! Our stay in Medellín was unforgettable, and this Airbnb was a huge part of that experience. The apartment is perfectly located — close to everything you could need while still offering a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The views from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking; waking up every morning to that scenery was a dream! The place itself is spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into making it feel like a true home away from home. Everything was impeccably clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. Our host was incredible — extremely responsive, helpful, and kind throughout the entire stay. Communication was seamless, and any question we had was answered immediately. If you're looking for a place that combines amazing views, comfort, cleanliness, convenience, and exceptional hospitality, look no further. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

A great deal! Good place for month long stay or so. Kitchen is basic but serviceable for meals. AC is great to have in Jan/feb when Medellin is super hot. Jorge is a great host who even helped put a small desk in the apartment so I could work from home. Fridge, microwave, wifi, hot water, all work well. Only slight negative is the noise. The windows are sound proof and generally it is quiet, at least at night when trying to go to bed. But it can get a bit noisy with trucks passing by in the early morning. I managed to solve this with a small fan for white noise. For value, it’s hard to beat this deal in Medellin. Would probably stay again.

La localización del lugar es excelente, las instrucciones son bastante claras y el alojamiento increíble. Un gran detalle es que facilitan cosas para aseo personal en los baños.

Pros: wonderful people run this place, water gets hot in shower. Try gelato place down street and hamberger place down street. Great neighborhood. Cons: A lot of people want to reserve a gem like this. Don't think about it, book it, and avoid missing out on this great Air B&B

Juan Carlos is a great host, very helpful and responsive. it was very easy to access the apartment. everything matched the pictures and plenty of the necessary materials- towels, bedding/ pillows, toiletries, kitchen accessories. highly recommend for your next stay in Poblado!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Host was friendly and even let us check in earlier because our flight landed very early that day. The place was nice and clean with a beautiful view! Definitely exceeded our expectations

The view from the balcony of the apartment building was outstanding. If you want that view of Medellin you see on the Internet, this is the perfect place. The neighborhood is perfect I enjoyed taking my morning walks and going to the local stores. The building has a gym, swimming pool and chill room. Clara was really nice we were able to check in early and. Wouldn’t hesitate to book the apartment.

Claudia's and Andres home was exquisite and very beautiful. The view is nothing you can imagine! worth every minute when waking up to see the whole city at your bedroom window. I enjoyed every night in this private luxury home. Very attentive, services provided just a message or phone call away. Anything I needed, was looked at. Their Driver kept me safe, and was close by when needed. I could not ask for a better experience but having it at this location, and hospitality.

What a perfect spot to explore Medellín, and an incredible view. It’s the perfect walking distance from the hustle and bustle in an incredibly designed building. Loved it!
