We had a great stay. This is a perfect option for families looking to explore LA. We felt right at home and the house had a peaceful vibe about it. The area is very safe and definitely worth visiting.

Perfect location and very nice apartment, with fresh high-quality linens and towels. It is fully-priced and has some nice amenities, but in other ways does need some attention, esp. at the price. The TV was effectively non-functional — host said he would replace it but that wasn't going to help me. The kitchen is also outdated with a partially broken faucet and both too much clutter and yet some odd omissions: normal enough for a vacation rental, but for the price these should be taken care of. Harry is however a lovely gentleman and you will not regret the location.

This was a great location close to the beaches, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We truly appreciated how flexible and welcoming they were, especially with an early check-in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience with a great host.

Place did the trick for what my family needed. Host was very responsive when we needed something. Very nice having laundry in unit with supplies available.

We chose this listing because of the proximity to a family wedding and other gatherings. We had 8 adults (4 couples) with plenty of room for everyone. We love that we had garage access with the number of cars we had. There were plenty of parks, side walks, and trails to explore in the area. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and there is access to the tennis court and two pickleball courts across the street. Our family took advantage of the open pickleball play on Saturday and Sunday mornings. We couldn’t figure out a way to reserve the pickleball court, but the open play was enough for us. We did not cook too much during our stay, but there seemed to be basic necessities to do so. The rooms did not have TVs, but this was not a problem for our group. Our family highly recommends this listing!

Absolutely no complaints. Property was clean, well kept. The yard was nice. The separate bathrooms really help with getting everyone ready for the day or for bed. The host was responsive and very easy to deal with. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Sometimes it’s tough to get a feel for the area from photos or google maps. We did not worry about our cars, or kids running in the yard. A lot of places very close by for easy grab and go groceries or other needs. Towels and other basic amenities provided which makes travel much easier. One thing that may be small but shows attention to detail is the dispenser of Q-Tips in the bathroom. They may not have been needed when I first noticed but turned out to be handy to get a piece of dirt stuck in my fiancées ring. This would not have been noticed or thought of if it wasn’t provided. But it shows the host puts a bit of effort that jot every host does. Would stay here and plan on staying here again in the future!

Beautiful, zen oasis with a private salt water summing pool. The place was clean and had so much character. Convenient gated parking was a great bonus. The property was a quick walk to amazing Silver Lake restaurants, bars and shops. Would highly recommend.

What a gorgeous home and property . It’s spacious , modern and very private . Savanah and her co host were very responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay . The highlight of the property is their outdoor heated swimming pool . So beautiful! What an amazing experience in Bel Air. We hope to book another stay in the future ! Thank you .

Ron lives up to the moniker of Super Host. His communication skills are excellent, he was helpful and very responsive; the property was in perfect condition so we didn't need much help. The house is spacious and nicely appointed. There is everything outside to make a fun gathering special: pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and pretty patio. Inside the beds were incredibly comfortable which is so important and often overlooked. The kitchen was stocked with staples which we appreciated. We had fun with the pool table and the outside spa. Ron was so patient with our figuring out the app to control the heat. It would be nice to know up front that there is a cost to heating the pool as it is often cold in May and June in that area, but we worked it out. Ron is very accommodating. I would recommend this property 100% if your travels take you to Mission Viejo. Try San Juan Capistrano for a little visit when you tire of the beach, it's cute, close and has great restaurants.
