We had the best stay at the yurt! The house was clean, the beds were so comfortable, the layout was great and the deck and outdoor space was just what we were looking for. The hosts were fantastic- communicative, helpful and very flexible with our arrival. The house is just outside of town, so we were close enough to restaurants and entertainment, but far enough away that it felt like a getaway in nature. We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Hot Springs.

Our family travels extensively throughout the year, and have visited the Hot Springs area multiple times. This was our first time staying at this rental or in the Lake Ouachita area. This rental is secluded on a hill overlooking the water. Even though there are neighbors, it feels very private. The porches were are favorite place to drink coffee, grill, or just enjoy the scenery. We spent many a night in the hot tub, and our three daughters loved the downstairs game room and living space. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. The entire home is a great size for a family, or even multiple families. The rental was well appointed with everything we needed for our visit. Also, even though you are secluded you are less than 20 minutes from all the Hot Spring attractions, and less than 15 minutes from Wal-Mart in case you need anything. It is a beautiful home, and Eric was gracious host who tended to our every need. We will definitely be back next year.

OUR SECOND STAY AT DONNA’S PROPERTY ON OUR ANNUAL OAKLAWN TRIP. GREAT LOCATION TO THE RACES, EASY ACCESS TO FOOD AND SHOPPING. HOUSE IS MASSIVE WITH NICE DECK AND GRILL. WOULD MOST DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

Very clean, well stocked, and Joanathan is very responsive. Its very private, and quiet with nice neighbors & the cute friendly animals next door were a plus. The hot tub was lovely and the firepit was perfect for smores. I enjoyed my stay and I'd 100% recommend it to others.

The location is right on the water, with a beautiful outdoor area that we really enjoyed. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. All of the beds were very comfortable, which made for great rest after busy days. Our kids had a blast in the game room, and we all enjoyed the selection of games available in the house. James was a wonderful host—he checked in with us and made sure everything was going smoothly. The location is ideal—you get the peaceful lakefront setting while still being just a short drive from downtown Hot Springs. We had an amazing trip and would definitely stay here again!

The house was as described and more. The attention to detail was wonderful. We were quite surprised to find out how well stocked this house is! Definitely check in before getting groceries because many spices etc are already stocked. We were welcomed with a wonderful SMores setup and breakfast the next day was also set with the fresh eggs/milk/butter. The house is beautiful and spacious and the views are amazing! Our only regret is we had so many obligations already away from the home. This is a great destination itself! We are looking forward to a future visit where we can enjoy more of the home.

I have stayed at several properties in downtown Hot Springs and this place is definitely one of my favorites. Fantastic location to walk downtown area and great value for the quality of property.

Our host Deborah was amazing. Very helpful with things to do in town. Cabin was clean and neat. The room was connected to the lake house that host was staying in but still felt private.

The stay was good. The condo was clean and comfortable for the family. Candice was good at communicating through our our stay.

We had a great time at the exchange. Accommodations were as advertised and a great little spot for our romantic get a way! We asked for an early check in after arriving early in town the owners quickly responded and were able to meet our request. Great location in town right next to free or paid parking and located in quick walking distance to the bath houses restaurants and all bath house row has to offer. We will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed another great stay at Dennis’s place! We enjoyed the upgraded hot tub and noticed the new bigger flat screen TV. As always Dennis was quick to respond to any request or concern. He is very personable and friendly as we ran into him coming in the first night and he quickly asked if we needed anything. Keep in mind there is no thermostat but a quick message to Dennis and he’ll adjust it for you. And the stairs/driveway going down are a bit of trek if you’re an older person. Overall it’s a beautiful quiet well kept area that makes for a wonderful little get a way. We definitely would stay again!

We enjoyed staying at Michael‘s place very much. The beds are very comfortable. The view was beautiful at the lake. I plan on coming back to hot Springs and would love to stay there again. Thank you, Michael.

We loved our stay. It was great to unplug for the weekend. Of note: -The place looks just like the pictures. -Felt very private even with another house nearby. -The view was wonderful to wake up to every morning. -The bedroom is a loft upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs a spiral staircase. Because of this I would not recommend this unit for anyone with mobility issues or needing frequent middle of the night bathroom visits. -There is no WiFi service and depending on your cell provider you may not have much of a signal to cast to the TV. That was ok for us because we wanted to unplug.

Super cute cabin with lots of space! Was super clean and had everything we needed. Convenient location to town

This place had everything we needed. Secluded but not isolated. We used the hot tub every day. We cooked all our meals at the cabin. Close to hiking trails. Thank you the opportunity to stay at your cabin, we had a fantastic weekend.

The cabin was a great place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom sink was interesting. No problems except a possum visitor one night. If you want to have peace and quiet, this is your place. Beware, Google prefers the dirt road approach. Listen to Kelly about the best way to get there. We had a wonderful stay.

The cabin was the perfect place to stay. we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The cabin was clean and cozy , the cove was beautiful especially for sunrise and sunset. The location was perfect if you want to be secluded from the busy part of hotsprings but still close enough to go and tour different attractions.

Perfect cabin for our home base while visiting the hot springs with our pup. The private back porch was a great view and relaxing with hanging rocker. Cabin was extremely clean and had everything that we needed. The shower was amazing and great for refreshing after a day of hiking! Melissa was so very accommodating and responsive to our needs. We would stay here in a heart beat if we’re ever back in the area!

Great stay at this cabin for the weekend, and would definitely return again. Very easy to reach out to Mel and ask for any tips and tricks and she was very responsive on questions. Loved the house and the area where it was located. Very private, cozy and beautiful.

Bill and Alison have put a great deal of love and care into their cabin. The view from the front porch is gorgeous. They even put out some deer feed so that the beautiful deer would visit, which they did. There’s some nice bird watching on the porch also. We saw red-breasted grossbeak and indigo bunting! The place is quiet!! No streetlights either. The winding road up from downtown offers many opportunities to stop for a bike ride and hike. Everything was perfect and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Bill and Alison for your wonderful hospitality!
