Stayed here for 2 days and loved it. The property is clean and well maintained, centrally located from most places you would want to visit and Sahil was always reachable if we needed help with anything. Would definitely recommend.

Well Maintained , Pro Active Host

The stay was wonderful, no words can describe the love shown by the Jilshoy's family they were so sweet. They took care of us like their own family. They were so flexible to our adjustments. There were two big rooms and a hall, kitchen with two bathrooms. The place is well situated just besides of Kozhikode-kannur Highway and the banks of the River(where we can take a relaxing morning walks) and beaches are near by. Will be experiencing the authentic peaceful Kerala house stay. I can confidently say this is one of the top stays with affordable price in Kozhikode. Jilshoy's family cooks yummy authentic home made healthy Kerala food. Their payasam and fish curries are must try. Overall the experience is so great that next time whenever I visit Kozhikode, Ocen Pearl - Jilshoy's Is the go to place for me to stay. Thank you so much Jilshoy and family for taking care of us through out our stay and recommending the places around Kozhikode to see and placed to eat.

Just had to take a moment to appreciate the beautiful architecture here—Abhirami has done an amazing job! I’m a huge fan of natural light and open spaces, and this place was honestly a dream. Loved the peaceful vibe and the privacy. It’s a great spot to hang out with family, friends, or just your partner. Since it’s a co-living space, it’s good to be mindful of others around. Also, a special shoutout to the sweetest co-host, Anjana! She was so warm and welcoming, really made us feel at home. Thanks so much, guys. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to relax and take it slow. P.S. – Not a party spot, so if loud music and late nights are your thing, this might not be the right fit.

We had a great time at the stay. It is minimalistic pretty home in a street filled with shopping and eating options. Also the beach is on a walking distance. It might be challenging to find a parking spot in busy hours, but there are pay parking options available nearby. Mosquitoes are frequent visitors in the evening but the host had informed us beforehand and had kept some repellents handy. I'd suggest they also keep a mosquito bat. Overall we had a lovely time and the host's recommendations really helped us.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten. Der Besitzer betreibt wohl eine Blumen und Kakteen Anzuchtstation. Ich wurde gehen einen kleinen Aufpreis vom Busbahnhof Thamarassrey abgeholt. Da keine Restaurant in der Nähe sind bekam ich abends eine sehr leckere Mahlzeit serviert. Auch sonst wurde vom Gastgeber immer für mein leibliches Wohl gesorgt - ich bekam Tee, Kekse, Bananen und ähnliches angeboten. Nach der ersten Nacht arrangierte mein Gastgeber für mich eine Tour (er fuhr selbst) zum nahegelegenen Stausee und Wasserfall zu einem fairen Preis. Ich war sehr zufrieden und glücklich. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Beautiful space to stay at. The room looks amazing especially the balcony overlooking the pool. Kavya was very helpful and friendly. We felt completely at home there. It’s also located in a quiet area, albeit conveniently connected to all the main spots in the city. Highly recommend!
