This is the perfect place to stay in Kihei! Walkable to lots of fantastic restaurants & within 10-15 minutes of the resorts and shops! The private beach being steps away was just icing on the cake! The views and property are absolutely stunning. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Serene and peaceful! Just about everything needed to make all the typical activities convenient, including all of the equipment, beach towels and chairs, etc. A very quiet and private environment. Can’t wait to come back!

This is really well situated. A hundred feet from the back door and you are on the beach. Wake to the sounds of the birds from the adjacent wildlife refuge. It's intimate, with only four rental units in the building. No big hotels in the area, so the beach is uncrowded, and has basking sea turtles! Beautiful sunsets. They could have had 5 units, but kindly equipped the middle unit as a common room where departing guests leave food, drinks, and supplies like sunscreen, bug spray, etc. Free snorkeling and beach supplies, bikes with lights/locks/helmets, boogie and paddleboards, an ocean kayak, TONS of movies, books, and CDs. Our unit was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything except a dishwasher and a full-size oven (there is big high quality toaster oven). Note the toilet/shower area is open at the top. Gary and his team communicated clearly for entry and exit but otherwise left us alone unless we had a question. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I LOVED this place! Gary and Krishana were responsive and so friendly! The place was perfect for us, the beach was a quick walk away and the view was amazing!! All of the surrounding restaurants were SO good as well. Would recommend this place to any and everyone I know. We will hopefully be back! Forever grateful that we found such a perfect place for us to escape to for a week ☺️

We loved our stay at Dmitry's place. Our family of 3 truly enjoyed it. The pool was great, we swam every night, and the resort itself was incredibly quiet (aside from the local birds, of course! which I loved listening to while having my coffee on the lanai each morning). For us the location was perfect, and having beach gear provided was a huge bonus—it saved us from having to rent anything. The bed was super comfy, and everything felt very thoughtfully set up. Big thanks to our hosts, who were responsive and helpful from booking to checkout and beyond. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We had a terrific stay, so much better than a stuffy hotel room. Walking distance to fantastic beaches and shopping/eats. Excited to go back and do it again.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect house/location. It had all the space and amenities to make it a comfortable stay for our party of 6. We loved waking up every morning and walking over to Kraken Coffee for a delicious cup of coffee and then later walking over to the food trucks at night for an amazing variety of food for dinner. Probably our absolute favorite thing was how conveniently close Foodland grocery store was. We would love to stay there again in the future! Mahalo!
