This place was absolutely amazing! It was clean and pristine, just like in the photos. My family has a great time. The location was great! It was tucked away, but also right near 435, 71, 50, and 49 Highways. There is a shopping plaza 4 mins away that has everything that you need. Kari was super responsive to any need that I had. I travel to KC yearly and I'd love to stay here every time!

Emily was very responsive and accommodating! Her home was beautiful and very clean, which made us feel right at home. It is located in a very quiet area, but just a short drive from downtown restaurants. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

one of the best Airbnb in KC would stay here anytime

Stayed for a 3 night volleyball tournament and it was so accessible to everything downtown by walking or riding the trolley. The space was so clean and comfy, felt right at home. Very secure building with security guards on duty at all hours. Little bummed the basketball court wasn't accessible or the workout area, but my boys spent many hours playing pool and air hockey when given the chance. Also utilized the 24hr snack / bakery area that was also in-house. Would absolutely recommend and stay again when in KC.

Met some friends for fun weekend. The place was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Chris was an excellent host, provided detailed directions on accessing the garage and check in process. The place is nicely decorated and well equipped, with great views and very quiet on our floor. Very nice place to stay. We stayed here because we were seeing a concert at the TMobile center. It was an easy walk. The hosts left some thoughtful snacks as well. 100% recommend and can't say enough about this place. Loved it

Christine was remarkably responsive when we had questions or issues. The unit is cozy and well appointed. It felt like a nice HOME. This was our first real road trip with our young children and it was the perfect place for us. Peaceful, spacious, and full of any supplies needed. The three bedrooms gave us a lot of flexibility for where we put them. We put the kiddos and their pack-and-plays in the darkest room, which may have had the biggest bed, so my wife and shared a bed that might have been slightly small for us, but that's on us. Nevertheless, Kansas City has a lot of family friendly activities and we would count ourselves lucky if we were able to rent from Christine again.

Loved my stay here! This is the second time staying here and I hope to stay again. Francis is always helpful and communicates clear instructions and is very prompt to reply. The view overlooking the city is beautiful, making this a favorite place to stay. The place is very nice. Super clean. Would highly recommend!

we thoroughly enjoyed our Kansas City experience. frankly, we didn't spend that much time at Monte's place, although we had the opportunity to chat with him during our entries and exits as he was working diligently on the back deck. we walked to dinner at The Union on the Hill and breakfast at the coffee shop, but drove to most of our destinations as there was plenty of free parking and most everything in KC is within 10 minute drive.

The location is a bit hard to find as far as parking is concerned, but it's hard to beat where it is on plaza. The place is cute and fun. A bit older than it appears in the pictures but has a very unique charm.

This place is a great value for the money. Whole Foods, a coffee shop, restaurants all within walking distance. Clean, uncluttered house. Trenton reached out early and even gave us the option for a late checkout. There is a tenant upstairs and you can definitely hear footsteps, but you could expect that from a duplex. The traffic on the main street behind the house was a little noisy…again, that was to be expected and we still had a comfortable night. Fantastic location near the plaza with good food right around the corner. Would definitely stay again.

Jake’s place is an absolute gem- we fell in love with the exposed brick, plants, and in-floor lighting. The shower was AMAZING- huge, hot, deluge of water and steam. The kitchen was well-appointed with all the essentials, plus some Michelob Lights. We were impressed with the architecture of the historic building, and Jake said he had restored the interior himself- pulling horse-hair plaster off the walls! Also notable- I guess this is KC hospitality at its finest- Jake told us to leave the dishes, linens, etc, as they were- that he would take care of all of it. It was really nice to receive that level of service, which is unusual for my Airbnb experiences.

We stayed here for 5 nights while in town for a conference and really enjoyed our stay. Great location and easy access to the KC street car. The home was spacious and had a very modern feel to it. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was as expected and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Safe, easy walk to Westport restaurants & shops. The sculpture park was a nice treat! Stephanie was proactive with communication and the condo was clean & cozy.

I had a great stay. Parking and entry were both very easy. It was a great location for me because I was going back and forth between KC and Overland Park for events in both places. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
