You’ll be perfectly situated in Mountaineer Square: steps from the lifts and adjacent to the free shuttle that gets you to Elk Ave in 10 minutes. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. We welcome you to stay in our guest house: A renewed log cabin on three acres at BV's western edge. This quiet, in-town location is a good base for Arkansas Valley activities. A few miles east of us is Cottonwood Pass with hot springs, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. Or, bike or walk a mile to the east for restaurants and shopping, the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond. Note: There are many pet-friendly options nearby, but we do our best to provide an allergen-free studio for guests.

An approximately 800 sq ft cabin. Comfortably sleeps 4, can sleep 5 adults; extra beds for children. Spectrum Internet & TV are provided. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.

Western Culture Farmstead is located 1 mile outside of Paonia, close enough to ride your bike. Enjoy some private time hanging out with the goats, they are very therapeutic & love a snuggle!

Minnesota creek runs through the farm; we are right on the edge of town, adjacent to Juniper & Sage hills with views of beautiful snow-capped mountains . And ... we have decent fiber internet for Zooming!
