This is such a hidden gem! We absolutely LOVED this place as it reminded us of our old Airbnb we used to host. Savannah was so friendly and accommodating and the space was way bigger than we expected. This truly is what southern hospitality looks like. STAY HERE, you really won't regret it.

What a beautiful setting. We wished it had been warmer to enjoy the patio and the view. Kitchen was well stocked and Lana had left us some yummy pumpkin chocolate chip muffins for breakfast. We would love to stay in December but unfortunately it is booked for one of the nights we are interested in. We would definitely stay here again. So peaceful!

Cute little place with plenty of space for me to work while I was there. Quick drive to downtown for any needs. It was quiet and peaceful. Maria was amazingly friendly and attentive to make sure there wasn’t anything else I needed. Her instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. Will definitely come back if I’m visiting the area again!

MK was an absolutely amazing host, and the place was everything we could have asked for! MK made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our birthday weekend feel special. We will be staying here again and would recommend others do so as well if you're looking to stay within the PVR walls.

Very cozy and warm, exactly what you would want for a homey vacation place. Quiet and peaceful, birds singing during the day and fireflies at night. The back porch was our absolute favorite! Not fancy but extremely, extremely comfortable, felt like home. Lisa was wonderful, communicated quickly with any questions. I never could get on the wifi, but we never even turned on the TV. In the end the wifi wasn't a big deal, because the break in communication and noise was an extreme blessing. However Lisa did offer to come over and help me get onto the wifi. would stay again.

We loved Center of Gravity as it was within walkable distance to downtown, but also offered easy access to activities, shopping and restaurants by car. The actual apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. My son and his daughters came over one night and there was plenty of room to play several board games. I am sure we will stay here again when in Dahlonega.

Great location, walking distance to the heart of downtown! Loved the vibe of the place, would highly recommend if you ever find yourself in Dalton!

We loved our stay in The Treehouse. The tiny home shares a driveway with the main property, which then wraps around to its own area creekside. The Treehouse has a stunning view with great windows, is clean and neat, chic and stylish, and incredibly peaceful. Michelle did a great job of providing information, including a very useful list of recommended restaurants. I would recommend the Treehouse to any couple looking for a romantic getaway or a person in search of white weekend retreat.

This home is amazing we had a couples valentine trip and everything was the same as the photos great place to spend time with family and friends get to know each other cooking and games are a must have the view is beautiful and lots of space to enjoy we love it and our host great communication and problem solving and the pancake and syrup was there as in the description we will book again

Cottage was as advertised and much more!! From seeing deer’s in the morning and evening as well as the recreation center for some arcade fun. The locution was within short drives to winery’s. Downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge are also short drives for grate places to eat and shop. Definitely will be back!!!

Just got back from an unforgettable stay at The Black House cabin—and I can honestly say, it was everything we hoped for and more. Nestled in nature, the space was the perfect mix of cozy, modern, and peaceful. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. We had a great stay at this mountain getaway! It was in a great location halfway between Ellijay and Blue Ridge. It felt private but not too far out of the way. The driveway is steep but paved which was great! The steep driveway resulted in beautiful views from the house. Kevin was very communicative before and during our trip. The house was very clean and felt cozy. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again soon. Some recommendations for the area - Tumbling Waters trail, The Roof (for dinner) in Ellijay, and Mountain Mama’s coffee (for coffee & breakfast) in Blue Ridge.

We very much enjoyed staying at Anna's Place. It was clean, we felt right at home, and Josh and Anna were very responsive when we needed help with something. I would love to stay there again sometime.

Bryan was very communicative and responded right away. The place was beautiful and perfect for 4 adults, 2 teenagers, a 5 year old and our 10 month old daughter. It was new and kept very clean. Hot tub was great and there were TONS of deer all around the property that were very friendly and came to hang out with us outside. My only warning is the steep driveway and hill the house is located on. We got in late and it was dark and very difficult to back our truck up to the property without almost driving over the ledge.

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the outdoors with the sounds of the river and the canopy of trees shading the property. The cabin was better than the pictures and description. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and helpful on activities in the area. We will definitely be back to the Rivers Edge!

Stacy’s place was great! Our son loved to play in their small room under the stairs and them having a pack’n play was very convenient. There was plenty of space and they had a great outdoor space for hanging out. They added many little touches like some kid friendly snacks, water, books for the local area, sound machines, etc. we would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice little house in the woods that is perfect for a getaway with a partner. The location was private, and there was a local store down the road if you needed anything else. Really nice kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Only complaint is the water smelled a little off (latexy), but I’m sure that’s just an issue with getting water to the location that’s out of their control. Other than that it was a great little getaway for the weekend and I highly recommend.

Great condo! Great location right by the train and walkable to restaurants and shops! Condo is extremely sound proof so train is not a concern at all. Very beautifully furnished, gorgeous kitchen and great closets!! Beds were so comfortable! Hostess was accommodating and had no issues with unit whatsoever. Loved it!!

Our daughter wanted to travel with her dog. Our choice to stay at the condo was based upon the pet friendly feature. Very spacious bedrooms. Added an additional night with easy. Thanks for hosting 😀.

We loved our stay here! The decor and atmosphere of the accommodations were top notch. It was perfect for our group. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as stores to grab extras. We had one minor issue with check-in, but Debra was extremely responsive and had the issue solved within minutes. Thanks again!
