Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house is perfect for a family reunion or a big group. Each bedroom has a bathroom with the shower, everyone had privacy and we were very comfortable! Communal areas are spacious and inviting. We loved having a garden and a grill! I can only imagine how beautiful it gets in the summer! Kitchen had everything we needed for a stay and we ate most meals at home. There are many grocery stores near by and we found a great restaurant close by (Rtveli). The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, we rode taxis anywhere we wanted to go, taxis were quick and cheap. I’m glad we traded proximity to old town for the comfort this home provided. Now the hosts were the most kind, welcoming and accommodating people. They walked us through the house, made sure we had everything we needed, provided many recommendations and answered all our questions before and during our stay. They responded to us very quickly. We were so thankful.

It is a beautiful house located right in the middle of a huge vineyeard. The house is large and well equipped. Quite a bit of off-roading is required to reach the place, but then one gets 30 hectares to oneself.

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

نحن 4 شباب ، جئنا من المملكة العربية السعودية بهدف السياحة ، لقد استمتعنا في وقتنا بهذا المنزل ، شعرنا وكأنه منزلنا الخاص ، متوفر لديهم شطاف الماء بدوراة المياة ، أيضا متوفر مطبخ كامل بأغلب الإحتياجات مثل الصحون والملاعق والسكاكين وقدور الطبخ بأحجام مختلفه ، وأخيرا تحيه الى Lika وعائلتها لقد كانو لطيفين جدا بتعاملهم وخدمتهم اذا كان لديك أي مشكله ، سريعين بالتجاوب وحل المشكله ، لديهم ايضا الماء لذيذ جدا ، لاحاجة لإصطحاب الماء معك

We truly loved our time at this house - it’s such a special place, beautiful and full of character. It gave our family a perfect space to relax and recharge.

I have been to dozens country-side Airbnbs across Europe. Every time trying to choose the most authentic. “Marani” is one of the best in this. Simple inside and outstanding outside. This kind of simplicity you can find in Scandinavia or Northern Europe, or in Spain, Balcans, Greece or Turkey. Such views you can find in Italy, Bavaria or Switzerland. But only here, in Signahi, you will find a feeling. A feeling of almost untouched 1500-year history and of a nature so much closed to yourself. You will feel that sitting on this terrace. The dogs will be barking and the cocks will be “singing” - but you will enjoy the view anyway and think when you are going to come here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Maya’s apartment! The flat is very spacious, clean, and located right in the historical center — everything is within walking distance. It was also very convenient that we could check in and check out by ourselves. Maya was always available and answered all of our requests quickly and kindly. There’s even a grocery store nearby, which made everything even easier. Thank you, Maya, for your warm hospitality and making our trip so comfortable!

This is place is like an art studio with a very unique design aesthetic which we absolutely enjoyed. The views are amazing and our host was very easy to communicate with. Its a bit far from city centre but its worth a stay for the uniqueness alone.

Me and my family had a wonderful experience staying at Tamta's apartment! The place was exactly as described, clean and incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t be better. Tamta was very responsive. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Tamuna and her home in Tbilisi truly met all our expectations! The apartment is in a great location, set in an authentic, charming old building. Check-in was smooth, and the directions were clear and easy to follow. Inside the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — the beds were cozy, and the place felt warm and welcoming. A couple of small things: the shower was a bit tricky to regulate, with the water switching between hot and cold, and the coffee machine didn’t have any beans — which was a bit of a letdown for us coffee lovers. But overall, we had a lovely stay and really have no major complaints. We’d happily come back again!

Tamara made our holiday by answering our queries (of which we had many) almost straight away,the apartment had fantastic views of Tbilisi and the location could not have been better to fantastic restaurants and attractions.

one of the best houses we have ever been to. 20 meters from grocery store, 5 min walk to center. 5 min drive to ski slopes. it has parking. i repeat PARKING, which is worth the gold in bakuriani. 4 individual bedrooms with its own bathrooms. fireplace, great lounge area. well equiped kitchen. if you are big group of friends you will never be able to find anything that can beat this house. host is very helpful and responsive, with great attitude and with charming vibe. all in all it was worty evert single penny we did pay

very good option for friends and big families that want private rooms and a pool! Joseph responded quick and brings anything that missing, even cleaning option available for that place and pool after a few days

The house, views and host are all great, this is a very good option to stay at Oni Two minor things you should take into account staying here in winter: You need to support the fireplace for all the rooms to be heated properly (especially second floor) The final 100 meters of the road to the house are very steep and not every car can get there, however host was ready to give us a ride Overall it was a great choice, me and my friends had a great time, thank you Beso and Niko!

This home is lovely. We hope to go back with friends as the hang-out spaces, both indoor and outdoor, are large and beautiful. There are several wineries, with restaurants, in walking distance. The kitchen is also huge and has everything needed for home cooking. The yard and vineyards are expansive, with beautiful views of the mountains. We really can't wait to stay here again.

From start to finish, Teona was a pleasure to work with. She was immediately responsive to every question, at any hour of the day or night. The house was lovely and exactly as described. We loved the en-suite bedrooms plus the extra downstairs powder room. The grandchildren enjoyed playing on the back terrace. The back kitchen was small but sweet. The perfect family getaway!
