We had a wonderful stay. Everything that we needed was available & convenient. The house was great! The decor, the amenities, and all of the space was more than expected!! We would definitely rent this house again! 😊

This was a fantastic spring break location for our two small small families with dogs in tow. It is early season so the outdoor spaces were not fully setup but the hot tub was amazing and the dog friendly beach was VERY close and often felt like our own private waterfront. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing getaway.

Great house to stay at if you’re going to have a large group. Very nice views, plenty of parking. Plenty of space for everyone. Very clean.

We had a wonderful weekend get away, staying at William's cozy, pristine cottage, close to beautiful sunsets, yummy local ice cream parlors, restaurants, yet set on a quiet tree lined street. William was very helpful, greeting us when we arrived, and easy to communicate with if necessary. We would highly recommend this cottage to couples.

Wow what can I say.. this place and the hosts were amazing!! We had a combined bachelor/bachelorette party and this was the perfect spot. We rented both sides of the home. Boys on one side, girls on the other. Plenty of sleeping arrangements for everyone and even some extra mattresses. She came out to greet everyone and was so helpful and responsive the entire time. Made us all feel right at home. She even went out of her way to get us a little game to play and offered to use some bikes at her bike shop next door. Above and beyond. The house was clean and comfy and there was beautiful art pieces EVERYWHERE. Walking distance from the boardwalk. Everyone ended the trip saying “it couldn’t have been more perfect”.. thank you so much. 🤍

Amazing lake views. The fish were biting. A beautiful peaceful getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Quite a memorable and special place. Book it- you won’t regret it. Sweetwater Marina also a nice spot to each. Bikes were fun to ride around and the porch deck made for a lovely spot for coffee and drinks. Plenty of parking and secluded at the end of road. Will rebooked already. 🎣 🏖️ 🛶

I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Everything about this stay was perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer. DO NOT hesitate to book. The house is gorgeous!!!!! Well stocked, roomy, clean, comfy and the location is fantastic!!! The host communicated all details and made everything super easy. He is very generous!!! He was very accommodating when I booked our trip VERY last minute. Thank you for a very special and memorable stay. We will be back.

We had a very nice wknd at Rob's house...family friendly with every amenity you can think of! We only needed to pack clothes and our personal toiletries which is a huge bonus for a quick wknd. There were tons of games! Was like being at home.

Sabine's responsiveness is remarkable; she addresses every inquiry, even the more challenging ones, with genuine kindness, making you feel genuinely welcome—unlike many places that give off a museum-like vibe, leaving you hesitant to touch anything or ask too many questions. This property is ideal for families with children and is exceptionally accommodating for elderly family members, as it is conveniently located on the first floor. It's also just a short walking distance from Chabad, perfect for those observing the Sabbath. We were particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities, such as complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as cozy chairs in every bedroom. This level of attention to detail truly enhances the overall experience, making it a memorable and comfortable stay. Book this place if you are going to Ventnor. It is fantastic!

Great beautiful views on the back deck and a peaceful neighborhood. Had a great time fishing off the back dock and conveniently located.

Best bnb I’ve stayed at in AC by far. Every little detail mattered! & was appreciative. From the house games to the laundry wash! Even the bottle waters in the fridge & the snacks were a nice touch. I felt at home & on vacation at the same time! 👍🏽❤️

3rd year staying & we love it every time. Kids talk about it all year and can’t wait to be back.

Everything was awesome and we stayed while in town for a baseball touranment. We would stay again if in the area.

Had a wonderful time at this location. Conveniently located close enough to shops, but tucked away from busy streets. Enjoyed every part of this stay. Deanna was warm and welcoming, and extended help along our trip. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a little slice of heaven.

Thank you for a great stay! We had a blast. Only 10 - 15 mins drive from anywhere you want to be. Off the main road, 5 minutes walk to a vineyard with wine tasting.
