We were welcomed with a handwritten note, a bottle of wine, snacks, and farm fresh eggs. Extremely kind gestures! The house as described, but I hand my realized there wasn’t a bathroom accessible without going through a bedroom. It likely said so in the listing but I was just surprised. The deck area was fabulous but could have used some blowing off. The yard was also a bit untamed. We didn’t have kiddos with us this trip but if we did there wasn’t much outdoor space for them to play in the yards current condition. The games in the garage were a nice feature and the location is amazing!

Very clean, quiet and with a great location, less than 3 minutes from the core of Main Street. I stayed with my wife and 3 kids. We had a great time! Would definitely go back and recommend it!!

Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

Great location and comfortable apartment. I would stay here again. The pool access is great with views of the river walk and short walk to the Pearl.

This was the perfect space for myself and my 6 closest friends to celebrate my bachelorette party!! Its was such a beautiful space and very quiet and private. The host was so proactive with check in information, was flexible with an early check in time. They provided a clean and charming stay. I would stay here 10 times over, very affordable and walkable! Johana communicated in a timely manner. The home was easy to find, clean and cozy. The kitchen had the essentials needed to make small meals and snacks. Johana provided the first drink and homemade cookies. One thing we struggled with was the temperature of the cowboy tub, the instructions for the tub and jets could have been more clear. However we did enjoy being on the tub at night and the ambiance on the patio. We really enjoyed our stay and how close we were to the Botanical gardens, Riverwalk and airport.

We did a three day stay at Marilyn's house. This place is impeccable. It was super clean and welcoming. Small touches such as electric candles and soft music on Spotify when we arrived. We were always comfortable with awesome air conditioning, while it was muggy outside. And quiet! We never heard any noise from the street. The shower is like being under a water fall. Soothing and lots of hot water. Easy parking in the driveway just outside the entrance door. Lots of restaurants nearby on St. Mary's including wine bars, metal bars, tiki bars, food trucks. Lots to choose from. If you have more than one car, street parking is plentiful. We will look forward to asking to stay with Marilyn again in the future. If you are looking for an awesome hideway with lots of food and culture nearby, stay at Marilyn's place.

Bob and Patti were absolutely amazing hosts! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made our stay extra comfortable. They were super friendly and responsive. Wild Oak Ranch is at good location, where has an easy access to Garner State Park and Lost Maple State Park. Also, the ranch has 10 acres lot, where you can enjoy sunset at patio and watch deer in morning and evening. This Wild Oak Ranch is prefect location for hiking in the Hill Country and State Park.

We decided to rent this cabin last minute due to the fact that the weather got cold. It was such a great experience. The cabin was everything we were looking for, very conveniently located so close to family dollar in leakey, we also got ice at the ice machine across from stripes and so close to garner state park. We loved it! Thank you!!!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our three night stay. Ryan responded to all of our questions quickly. The location is beautiful and close to Fredericksburg. The backroad drives are lovely. Thank you for the use of your property.

Awesome location if you want to visit Fredericksburg but be out of the city !!! Super cute farm vibes with ponies and cows!!!!! So peaceful at night while in the hot tub and watching the stars. Will be coming back again !!!!!

Nora and Raul's place was great. The place was peaceful and well-lit at night. The birds you can see were gorgeous. The place is surrounded by trees, and it is beautiful. You can see deer from your door. The river had fish in it, and it was clean and clear. The cabin was perfect, and Nora and Raul had all sorts of games for families to play and stay entertained. I did have a reception and internet connection the whole time. I have T-Mobile.

This rustic cabin was beautiful, clean., and quiet. Every morning, my husband and I sat on the porch to drink a cup of complimentary coffee while watching the deer, squirrels, birds. We even saw an armadillo! The bath house was very nice. It was clean and odorless. (If you know, you know!) We genuinely enjoyed staying here. 10 out of 10 - would stay again!
