Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Place had everything we needed except a tv. Would return & recommend.

Comunicación 10/10, la limpieza magnifica, nuestra estancia fue totalmente acogedora, y muy accesible para nuestro paseo en Disney, no mas de 20 minutos para llegar a los parques. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí.

This place was easier to find and I wanted someplace where I could get to LA easy but also San Diego and it was just kind of in the middle. It was absolutely perfect. The grounds were gorgeous and maintained well. The beds were very comfortable and it was very cute apartment and very handy to have the one car garage that fit my minivan perfect. I would definitely come back to this place again and again.

Jelani and co-host Faith were exceptional hosts! They were incredibly responsive and understanding, always willing to accommodate our needs. Any questions we had were answered in just minutes. The property itself felt like a little resort. Beautiful pool area along with gym and other activities you can do in building, amazing ambiance! It was spotlessly clean and looked exactly as depicted in the photos. I will definitely be booking this place again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s a cute little home with all the amenities you may need. The place is cozy and very modern. I would definitely recommend if you are visiting the University as it’s a short walk!

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! It was so cute and homey, perfect for a weekend stay with my family and loved ones to celebrate my birthday. The space was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities listed, making our stay super comfortable. The host, Daniel, was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Perfect Weekend Getaway! It was so peaceful, beautiful & relaxing. The pictures do not do justice on how amazing the house look inside & out. Can't wait to come back again. It was only 5 minute drive to village. I do wish the jacuzzi (spa) was more private, it was in view of the neighbors patio, no trees or anything blocking it. Other than that everything was a dream!

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting the colleges. Extremely well equipped, clean and pleasant. Great space for a group with a nice yard. Recommend and will stay again!

We stayed at Mimi’s property for about 7 weeks. The property was clean, had a beautiful backyard and was on a nice quiet street next to UC Riverside. The neighbors were nice and friendly and the area felt super safe. We would often walk the area with our dogs and always felt safe. The inside of the home is clean, super spacious and the rooms were comfortable. The bathrooms were a nice size. They provided some of the basic materials, towels, toilet paper, dish soap, detergent and such. They have a washer dryer in the garage that was super convenient as well. Mimi and the cohost Jose checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything. Our contact was minimal but they were very responsive and friendly if we needed to ask them any questions. We would absolutely stay here again if given the chance. Great experience! Especially when the local donkeys would stop by and say hello. 10/10.

From the moment I walked in the door. I felt comfortable and very much at home. The pictures on the site and looking around the home was identical spot on. I was just taken back with satisfaction at how beautiful the kitchen was laid out clean fresh no clutter no leftover foods it was just absolutely beautifully displayed. with all the kitchen Furnishings that you would need. The backyard it was small but very quaint and I really got a kick out of the shower in the backyard that was interesting and would have been nice on a warmer day to cool down. The size of the bed the betting the pillows everything was so fresh and comfortable I slept very well. There was nothing I could possibly want or need to ask for it was perfectly furnished everything was clean and smelt so fresh you could tell there's a lot of Pride taken in this Airbnb and I will definitely go back! Very comfortable bed and couches nice 65 in tv also tvs in each bedroom all have prime and all the movies you want to watch. Nice bbq with patios and great pool and spa. I will definitely be staying here again when in big bear.

I enjoyed my stay at Mandy's place. The location was convenient with quick access to many stores in the area. The place was clean with a nice TV and kitchen area. Mandy was polite and super responsive to anything I needed.

The place was nice. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The floors were a little sticky in the kitchen but overall the place was clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to the inland empire. It was close to a big shopping center. The host was great they dropped off new towels and slippers. But she did message us before we got to the Airbnb saying there was complementary water in the fridge and there was none.

The stay was amazing! The place was very clean when we got there, felt right at home. The airbnb had a beautiful view from the balcony with 3 little waterfalls, everything was just amazing, my girlfriend and I were out doing stuff all weekend pretty much so I just wish we got to stay and enjoy the place more! There's plenty of stuff to do around the area and plenty of food options. It was very quiet and peaceful, we did not hear any neighbors at all at any point. Overall an amazing stay and hope to come back sometime!

charming, clean and homey. Kyle was very attentive when I misread the directions; the PDF provided is incredibly easy to follow, it was mostly due to how airbnb formats attachments. Kyle provided everything I needed for my stay with plenty of dishware, kitchenware and nicely sized fridge to allow me to cook my meals effectively. The Ac for this place was amazing and there is a tv for the living room and bedroom, so I was able to watch television where ever I wanted. Wifi is good for airbnb. Downloading massive files for work took a little extra time but not by much. There is a nice path near the apartment to walk along the dam. Neighbors were quiet and respectful. Great stay and Kyle checked in every so often to make sure if I had everything I needed. 10/10.

Nice place to stay in Lake Arrowhead Village. Loved the fireplace and the ala membership card so you could get on the docks and walk the shoreline trail. We would stay there again!

I have to say, this AirBnb was the best I have ever stayed at. I travel a lot for work so I stay in a lot of AirBnb’s. This one was a mini vacation for myself and the family, but it was by far the cleanest and nicest one, and it’s next to everything literally walking distance. My family and I will be definitely booking this one every year when we go to Lake Arrowhead! Highly Highly recommend!
