The renovation of this property is so well done! The peaceful garden perfectly matches the aesthetic of Savannah! Tall people need to duck while entering the half bath as the door is very low, could be a rude awakening going to the bathroom in the middle of the night! LOVED the pleasant surprise of the quaint little patio off the master! As others have mentioned, the shower is FABULOUS! Location is great and Matt offered lots of local recommendations! Maybe it was us but we had a tough time finding our unit from the back garden entrance. Make sure you go past the fountain and through the red door to find the door to your unit. Appreciated the amenities provided! Good thinking on the sound machine! This property was a great find!

Exactly what the soul needed. I appreciate the walkability of this location and all the household amenities making my stay extremely efficient and comfortable! The well fenced in yard was also a must while traveling with my beloved dog. Absolutely would stay here again and am looking forward to my next travel into the region!

My friend and I recently stayed at The Peach House for a girls trip, and it was great. Fantastic location close to Forsyth Park and a short drive to downtown and the riverside district (or a longer walk if you're up for it). But the best part was the list of recommendations that Carlos & Marci sent! We went to several restaurants and bars they suggested and all were amazing! I'd absolutely recommend The Peach House to anyone visiting Savannah!

Very clean house, conveniently located. Eric and Arlynn were proactive and friendly. The Starland neighborhood is a great spot—close to the historic circles, and not overcrowded the way riverfront and downtown are. A few small things to consider: street parking is scarce, especially on street cleaning days when you can’t park on one side. If you’re not the type to head in early for the night, you might need to park a block or two away. Scant bathroom amenities: other than hand soap, nothing was stocked.

The location can’t be beat. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Parking was also convenient. The only downside was the cleanliness. For the price we paid we just expected it to be a little cleaner. There was hair on the sheets, dirty tissues and big dust bunnies under the bed, the kitchen walls had food stains and splashes on them, and the walls could use repainting as there were multiple large marks all over them. The bathroom floor rug was wet when we got there, and the right sink leaks and gets everything wet on the counter. We also couldn’t use the balcony because it’s not what the pictures portray. The furniture was filthy and it didn’t look like it’s been used in a long time. There were also no tissues in the apartment. Mild issues but for the price we just expected a little bit better.

This place was a Gem and in the perfect location! Taller travelers: Just a heads up🤣 I agree with a previous review stating the shower head does sit a little lower if you have a taller guest, so my husband was already aware of this:) For traveling parents: It was just a touch difficult bathing my toddler in the shower (no bath and was stone/tile) but we made it work☺️ a pack and play was available! Agreeing with another comment for children purposes, it is located on a louder street but not too bad for nap/bed time. Everything was as described and cozy, comfy, and walkable. We will definitely come back to this apartment! Nancy was very kind and responsive. I hate to leave any “con” reviews ever so this is more of an “awareness” review for traveling with kiddos ❤️ we still loved it and would recommend to anyone!

The house was very clean, Laurie was a great host and included so many extras that someone might need. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome.

Matthew's apartment was very nice and clean. It was an excellent location for us to easily visit our relatives and find good, close restaurants. I really enjoyed the balcony in the afternoon.

We had a wonderful stay with our baby and 2 small dogs! Beautiful home in a great location! It had everything we needed and more. It was so easy to get to downtown Charleston and the ride was beautiful and scenic. You can also walk to two great restaurants: Paisanos pizza and for breakfast the Smoky Yolk. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was a lovely stay and we especially loved how close it was to downtown, while having an interesting view of barges passing by. We loved the Bar Julian rooftop views, and the breakfast coffee and sandwiches from the nearby bakery. I would be hard pressed to find any improvements- the security system is a little loud in announcing when the door is opened and that’s near one of the bedrooms. The charger is for Tesla connector only- just note that if you have a different car. Overall this was a great stay with a premium kitchen, well stocked and great for us three couples.

Excellent place to stay with a pup! Large fenced in back yard, very safe and secure. Well maintained neighborhood. 3 adults, each had their own comfortable bedroom, 2 full baths. Excellent overnight stop when passing through from Florida to Virginia, good 1/2 way stop. Very thoughtful amenities in house, clean and comfortable. Will try to use on future trips! Hands down one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Extremely clean, & has everything you’d need. Michael was extremely accommodating & when I come back to the area I’ll most definitely be staying there again.

This is a cozy, functional space in a neighborhood with three comfortable bedrooms, two with attached bathrooms - exactly as advertised. Our hosts were kind and attentive, and I recommend this listing.

I met with some friends from all over North America, and they all had an amazing experience. Renee was proactive in trying to solve potential issues and was very friendly! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Charleston!

Found most things to be within 15-20 mins of location with easy access to freeways. Pleasant neighborhood.. felt very safe.

This was our first time to Hilton Head Island and this place checked all the boxes! Oceanfront, beach, walking and biking paths, and very peaceful and quiet.

The hosts were super easy to communicate with. The place has a generous cancellation policy. We needed to change our travel plans last minute due illness & needed to rebook. We enjoyed being able to walk to the shopping area to eat dinner every night. Also loved being able to walk to the beach. We forgot a few things while at the beach & was easy just to go back to the condo to grab something. Highly recommend !

Lisa was a fantastic host, the place was charming and well-appointed, the location was breathtaking, and the entire stay couldn't have been any better. I can't speak highly enough for how clean, well-organized, beautifully decorated, and perfect the accommodations are. I highly recommend!
