Wonderful stay while in Chapel Hill for our daughter's graduation. Just minutes from campus, in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the space with comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and sitting area. Nice linens and towels! Shower had excellent water pressure. Air conditioning worked well. We had a really busy weekend with graduation activities but there are lots of books, games, and DVDs if you're just hanging out or have downtime. We really appreciated the early check in (which gave us a place to change clothes before an event). Super clean! Highly recommend!

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Off street parking was very convenient. Space was clean and comfy. Quiet and peaceful building with walkable restaurants. We were visiting our son at NCSU which was only 1 mile from the apartment. We would stay again and recommend this place.

We loved the location more than anything — it was truly the highlight of our stay! The space was exactly like the pictures: updated, very nice, and perfect for two people. Being so close to restaurants and local spots made it super easy to explore the area. It can get a bit noisy at night because of how lively the neighborhood is, but if you’re a heavy sleeper, it’s no big deal. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it worked fine for us. Overall, a great stay in a stylish and convenient spot!

Great place to stay! Super close to downtown, but far enought to where your not bothered by the clubs or bars. My partner and I while definetly be back in the future!

Stayed here with some friends for a wedding weekend and had a great time. The owner, Jorge, responds to all questions in a timely manner and was flexible working out an early check in. The home has awesome amenities and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

Our stay in Durham was fantastic, and our family of four had a very comfortable experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which we truly appreciated. The house was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed. Juni provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The location was very convenient, being close to Downtown Durham, Duke University, Southpoint Mall, and the RDU airport. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Juni was a true superhost.

Great location. Able to get to many places and restaurants downtown as well as at duke. We went to duke gardens, the nasher and satellite village! Also grub was amazing for lunch and Isaac’s bagel shop has legit bagels!! Jesse was very responsive and the house was definitely well stocked! Thanks for a great stay!!

This was a great place to host my vacation at; a convenient location, a house with a lot of nice features, easy parking and straightforward check-in and check-out. The hosts were also quite responsive, getting back to me quickly even at late hours. I’d definitely recommend this property and hosts, this house really helped us make a great vacation happen!

Process to book and find location was very simple while process to access unit was slightly challenging…but once steps were properly followed it was worth the wait. We absolutely loved our stay at B’s place! This listing gives you access to one bedroom in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment complex is quiet and the kitchen was well stocked. Perfectly located for Dreamville Fest (20 min drive) with multiple grocery stores nearby, the apartment was impeccably clean, featuring high-quality towels and sheets. We especially enjoyed the private balcony with tree views for morning coffee. B was a fantastic host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!
