Eric’s place was perfect for my party of 2! Had everything you needed from pots, pans, tupperware, cups, and utensils. The place was super clean and cozy. I loved how the place was walkable distance to the beach. Eric took great care of us and we will be back again!

We loved staying at Sara's place! She provided clear check in/out instructions and was very responsive. The apartment was clean and looks just like the pictures. We started every morning and ended every evening on the balcony that over looks the pool. Conveniently located near everything on our agenda. We highly recommend and look forward to our next visit to Tampa and stay at Sara's!

Our unit on Madeira Beach was just as expected! Very clean and modern. There was some morning traffic noise but that was expected by reading the previous reviews, but it’s a great location! Easy access to John’s Pass/Hubbard’s Marina, restaurants and the beach! Our host was very responsive as well. If I was staying longer, laundry on-site would be great and more kitchen supplies too. Otherwise, everything was great! My son enjoyed using the PlayStation during downtime! 😉 Would definitely stay here again. 😃

Scott’s place was great! Clean and fully stocked. Easy walk to the beach and all the beach supplies you would need for a family. Slept 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Wrap around porch was awesome. A small touch I loved was all light switches and drawers labeled. It goes a long way to not have to search when trying to turn on lights or find a spoon! Thanks for a great visit - we will be back!

Dan and Charles place was perfect in every way! We cannot say enough about their place and them! Location couldn’t have been any better. We’ve been coming to Sarasota for 3 years now and this place was at the top of our list.Don't hesitate, book it now!

Close to everything, especially the airport. Beautiful pool area. Good neighborhood. Spacious rooms. Felt very comfortable there. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed staying at Nathan's place! Nathan was very responsive to any questions we had and provided some local restaurant recommendations for us. The bed was very comfortable, the house was clean, and we had everything we needed in a neat little package. We were only there a couple nights but the house was the crash pad we needed. Exceeded expectations!

This was our second stay here. The hosts are helpful and friendly. The house is perfect: well stocked, very clean, great location and amazing pool that our kids love. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

ive stayed at several air bnb rentals in my time, Thi has to be my favorite one so far. I loved the house. great location, cheap price for what your getting! rooms are large, nicely decorated, very quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, owners would check on me from time to time to see if I needed anything. beds are very comfortable which made it hard for me to want to get up early, most days I slept in because it was so peaceful there. I can't wait to go back and stay there again. Owners are super friendly and very responsive. the house has alot of space and a great kitchen to cook in. the back patio area is awesome. highways and shopping are easy accessible with main streets not to far away. I would highly recommend staying here.

We were in town to celebration our son's 30th birthday. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The house was just the right size for our group, in a neighborhood that was quiet. Interior of house is nicely decorated, updated appliances, just very pleasant to look at and showers are awesome! We would stay there again.

Kiley’s place is a really good find. We have family within 25 mins several directions of the house so it was a perfect landing spot for us. The EV charger was a bonus for sure. The house is new and very nicely furnished. Everything was perfectly clean and comfortable for this family of four and our pup. The beds are comfortable enough - one kid especially liked his! The showers are nice too. Great towels and some thoughtful extras made the place really special. Kitchen was decently furnished with what you need for some basic cooking as well as some bonus items - waffle maker, muffin tin, blender, hot water kettle. She supplied a lot of useful things like laundry detergent, shampoo/body wash, nice hand soaps etc. The art station was a huge hit with my 8 year old and the games kept my 11 year old busy too. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, sand buckets, and beach towels for an imprmptu beach day. We would totally stay here again.

Loved our stay here! Decor and surroundings were so comfortable and peaceful. The pool was our favorite! Definitely splurge on the heat-we loved coming back to a warm swim at the end of the day. Do your research and map your destination to and from the house. We found that it wasn’t very convenient to the area at Disney we needed to be at for the weekend. We were running back and forth to wide world of sports for practices and while it was quick and easy getting there, somedays it took over an hour getting back. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with great shopping and easy access to lots of restaurants. Really enjoyed our week.

We visit Florida each year, and this is the best place we've ever stayed. The condo was clean and everything was very well stocked -- beach towels, linens, kitchen supplies. The proximity to the beach, pool, and hot tub are unmatched. Convenient parking, great facilities. We hope to book again!

Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host that was on site was super friendly and hospitable. I will be staying here again in the future! 11/10 stay ✨

We highly recommend Garrett’s place. Super clean and conveniently located. When we had questions, Garrett was quick to respond and was very helpful. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay here.

The place was so nice! Pictures don’t do it justice! The area was perfect, walked around lake eola and surrounding areas all day Saturday and it was picture perfect. We don’t have any need to drive anywhere. The only slight complaint I have is the shower, the curtain had a slight smell to it and needs to be changed most likely. Everything else is a 10/10!!!! Would definitely and WILL stay here again!!! Thank you for everything Marc!!!!

Donald is a GREAT Host Friendly and very helpful, he even helped carry up our luggage ... Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need .. very clean and BEAUTIFUL views from both balcony's ... Pool is being repaired after Hurricanes so we could not use it .. But that is not Donalds fault .... We LOVED our stay and plan on going back!! We HIGHLY recommend staying here ... SUPER close to Daytona Activitys ...
