It is a beautiful house located right in the middle of a huge vineyeard. The house is large and well equipped. Quite a bit of off-roading is required to reach the place, but then one gets 30 hectares to oneself.

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

نحن 4 شباب ، جئنا من المملكة العربية السعودية بهدف السياحة ، لقد استمتعنا في وقتنا بهذا المنزل ، شعرنا وكأنه منزلنا الخاص ، متوفر لديهم شطاف الماء بدوراة المياة ، أيضا متوفر مطبخ كامل بأغلب الإحتياجات مثل الصحون والملاعق والسكاكين وقدور الطبخ بأحجام مختلفه ، وأخيرا تحيه الى Lika وعائلتها لقد كانو لطيفين جدا بتعاملهم وخدمتهم اذا كان لديك أي مشكله ، سريعين بالتجاوب وحل المشكله ، لديهم ايضا الماء لذيذ جدا ، لاحاجة لإصطحاب الماء معك

We had a great stay. The apartment was exactly as described. It was a perfectly quiet spot with just a little pleasant noise from the nearby stream. The views were stunning.

We truly loved our time at this house - it’s such a special place, beautiful and full of character. It gave our family a perfect space to relax and recharge.

I have been to dozens country-side Airbnbs across Europe. Every time trying to choose the most authentic. “Marani” is one of the best in this. Simple inside and outstanding outside. This kind of simplicity you can find in Scandinavia or Northern Europe, or in Spain, Balcans, Greece or Turkey. Such views you can find in Italy, Bavaria or Switzerland. But only here, in Signahi, you will find a feeling. A feeling of almost untouched 1500-year history and of a nature so much closed to yourself. You will feel that sitting on this terrace. The dogs will be barking and the cocks will be “singing” - but you will enjoy the view anyway and think when you are going to come here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Maya’s apartment! The flat is very spacious, clean, and located right in the historical center — everything is within walking distance. It was also very convenient that we could check in and check out by ourselves. Maya was always available and answered all of our requests quickly and kindly. Peaceful and pleasant and my fourth stay at Ani's place. Ani is a super responsive host and her family nearby for any suggestions and I am appreciative of the delicious welcome amenities. The artistic apartment is spacious and with a tuned piano as pictured, it is always pleasant to stay here and I recommend Ani's place wholeheartedly.

I had the most amazing stay at Mikha’s apartment! The place is full of interesting little touches that make it unique and memorable. The view is absolutely stunning, and the bathtub is such a lovely bonus. Great value for money, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Tbilisi. Check-in was super easy with the lockbox, which made arrival stress-free. A heads-up—bring some small coins if you plan to use the lift, as it requires change. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe in the neighborhood. It’s easy to get around using Bolt—just be sure to factor in some extra time because the traffic can be crazy. Tamuna and her home in Tbilisi truly met all our expectations! The apartment is in a great location, set in an authentic, charming old building. Check-in was smooth, and the directions were clear and easy to follow. Inside the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — the beds were cozy, and the place felt warm and welcoming. A couple of small things: the shower was a bit tricky to regulate, with the water switching between hot and cold, and the coffee machine didn’t have any beans — which was a bit of a letdown for us coffee lovers. But overall, we had a lovely stay and really have no major complaints. We’d happily come back again!

one of the best houses we have ever been to. 20 meters from grocery store, 5 min walk to center. 5 min drive to ski slopes. it has parking. i repeat PARKING, which is worth the gold in bakuriani. 4 individual bedrooms with its own bathrooms. fireplace, great lounge area. well equiped kitchen. if you are big group of friends you will never be able to find anything that can beat this house. host is very helpful and responsive, with great attitude and with charming vibe. all in all it was worty evert single penny we did pay

The house, views and host are all great, this is a very good option to stay at Oni Two minor things you should take into account staying here in winter: You need to support the fireplace for all the rooms to be heated properly (especially second floor) The final 100 meters of the road to the house are very steep and not every car can get there, however host was ready to give us a ride Overall it was a great choice, me and my friends had a great time, thank you Beso and Niko!

Your excellent holiday start with excellent accommodation. This Spacious, Modern, Quiet villa is what I am looking for. It is in a great location with three Balcony over looking the green and the sea. First floor comes with living area, eating table, equipped kitchen, toilet and big balcony. Second floor with three bedrooms, balcony and very big bathroom. Third floor is a big studio with sofa, bed, corner kitchen, toilet, shower and Huge balcony with barbeque corner. The house is clean with plenty of towels. There are three air condition. The area around the villa is green and great and you can find restaurants, supermarkets and more. The best part of my experience was the support from Mr. Sameh. He is really great Man. He greeted me at the airport with his sister. His sister took my family by car to the villa. And he came with me and helped me with my luggage and helped me to pick up my car from the rental company. On the first day, one of the air-condition suddenly did not work, I called Mr. Sameh and told hem about that. and within 24 hours, he replaced it with a new air condition (this was a great service from a person who really take care of his business). He was always available to give information and support at any time. I am pleased with everything and I am happy with my friendship with Mr. Sameh. If I visit Trabzon next year, defiantly I will take this beautiful villa again. Conclusion: Strongly recommended

This home is lovely. We hope to go back with friends as the hang-out spaces, both indoor and outdoor, are large and beautiful. There are several wineries, with restaurants, in walking distance. The kitchen is also huge and has everything needed for home cooking. The yard and vineyards are expansive, with beautiful views of the mountains. We really can't wait to stay here again.
