Travel back in time to a well-preserved guest house (above my garage) that has a 1970s Hollywood vibe but with updated conveniences. Pool area is shared with the homeowner. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood— Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops! NOTE TO GUESTS: I live in the front house with my child and family. We are always enjoying the outdoor area along the side of the house. We try to keep the area clean and organized.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

Couple's or solo retreat! The casita is very private. French doors open to the beautiful crystal-clear pool and jacuzzi. You can watch the stars at night or watch the moon rise. Amenities include badminton, cornhole, darts, ax throwing, table tennis or just sit and watch the mountains where if you're in luck you can see deer crossing! Amazing!
