Kathy's place a wonderful spot to settle in. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and fresh her place was. Having a place out back for the dog to run around was an extra bonus!

House was spacious in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is a short walk away. There was some mold in the bottom of the shower which was the only downside, but it did not detract from the overall stay. Would stay here again!

From the moment we booked this property the host was communicating and super helpful! She gave us recommendations and also when we told her we were going to Salem she sent us the T station schedule and told us what line we needed to get on! The house was absolutely breathtaking! So comfortable and we felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. So thankful we found this place and can’t wait to stay again!

We had a fantastic girls weekend!! Loved the location was quiet but close to downtown which was fantastic! The kitchen had everything we needed. the living room had large sectional couch which made for a great place to sit and catch up on life! The bedrooms were spacious with ample closet space and comfortable beds! The bathroom had everything we needed and made for a good use of space off the kitchen. We would stay here again!!

Overall was fantastic experience. The home was better prepared and stocked compared to other passed Air BnB experience. All in all family voted as one of the better Air BnB places to date.

Vinny was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible. The location was perfect for skiing Sunapee and the space was very warm, cozy and private.

A very kind couple and a lovely home. We had a winter storm come through at the end of our stay and they were very accomodating of a late checkout if we needed some extra time to deal with the snow. Also their hommade Banana bread is a 10/10!

Loved staying in Korene’s place. It was very comfortable, bright, and clean. Korene was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home. I highly recommend the space and the host!!!

We had a wonderful stay here. Evan and Rachel's instructions were clear and accurate. This place was so peaceful, comfortable and easy. It's in the best spot, close enough to town center and the highway but you'd never know it. The marsh behind the yard is so peaceful it made for a very rejuvenating spot to be between plans. Loved how clean everything was when we got there too. Many thanks!

I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb in the area! Dermot was great and his wife was such a sweet woman. She even came out to help us start the fire 😊 Their place was cozy, rustic, and so unique! Thank you for having us!

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Mikes place was a great stay while in. New Hampshire. Lots of stuff to do on the lake and everything you need is within walking distance!! I nightly recommend this condo on the lake

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

We were pleasantly surprised by Will’s condo on Badger Island. The location was perfect with great views. There were two parking spots and easy access to all our weekend activities. The condo was simple but provided everything we needed for the weekend, including a night in for dinner. Will was very responsive. He answered all our questions in a timely manner and was flexible with check in times. We will DEFINTELY be back!

We had a fabulous time at Meg’s Condo. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless! Also the beds were very very comfortable!! Highly recommend this to anyone!!

Beautiful view of the ocean. Steps the beach! Very clean. Hosts were very communicative & friendly.
