Our priority for our short stay in (very loud) Taipei was to find a place where we would be able to recharge after a day of sightseeing, get away from the noise, and sleep well at night. Zev's apartment was a great fit for us. It's located in a side street with less traffic. The apartment has great noise-proof windows. It also has blackout curtains that make it pitch black at night. We didn't hear any neighbors apart from people walking down the hallway on the same floor. The apartment is very tiny - tinier that we expected but for a short 3-day stay it was fine. The bathroom is also small but with sufficient space to lay out all your stuff by the sink as well as take a comfortable shower in the cabin. The entire building is new. So new in fact that it wasn't fully finished inside. But we didn't hear any construction noise. It was nice to stay in a modern building in a modern apartment. Apart from not getting the Wi-Fi password the first day, communication with the host was fine.

We had a fantastic stay here in Taiwan. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with easy access to the metro, making it perfect for exploring. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a great shower, good internet, and a comfortable bed for a good night’s sleep. Check-in was smooth. Highly recommend!

This was the second time we stayed at Sumei's place in two years. She and her husband met us early in the morning and provided clear directions to the apartment and instructions for the home. They are a very warm and friendly couple, and the home was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including an incredible clothes dryer. This is not an easy find in Taiwan! Sumei even purchased rice rolls (fan tuan) and a box of Chia Te pineapple cakes for us after our long flight, which was so thoughtful. The home is well located, an easy 6-7 minute walk to the MRT and multiple bus lines. There are lots of great restaurants, cafes and convenience stores all around. The bedrooms all have blackout shades, and the home is quiet despite being in a busy area. We highly recommend Sumei's place and will gladly stay here again when we return to Taipei.

The location of this airbnb is great, 1 min minute walk away from MRT and UBIKE station 🌟🌟 Landlord replies fast, and with clear instructions. He mostly writes in Chinese, and I use google translate. The positive is the location, quiet during day and night. Building has elevator, good working aircondition/dehumidifier, separate wet/dry shower room, good wifi and a combo wash/dry machine. The bed is a bit hard at first, but I found it very good. Negatives is unstable electricity, often the power will switch off, especially the power for hot water, causing a sudden cold shower. You can switch back by yourself, but not nice. Shower drain is very bad, I bought alot to fix it with no luck. I suspect this bad drain also causes the very bad smell in the room, especially when AC is off. Room really need proper restoration, wall paper looks bad and torn. Looks like the room often is too humid and wet. I found leaving the AC on helped. I feel price is too high, until that is fixed.

Loved my stay here. The place is huge. Lots of local and authentic restaurants around. It takes only 1 minutes to walk to Zhongshan Elementary School MRT Station Bus stops and metro are also within 5 minutes walk.

The condo is very clean and feels brand new! The host responded to our requests promptly, making the stay even more enjoyable. There’s a 7-Eleven conveniently located just around the corner. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends when they travel!

暮らすように旅をする　願いをかなえてくれたアパートメントでした。 特に設備の良さ（ウォシュレット、シャワーの水圧、機能の高いエアコン、照明の明るさ）は、滞在をストレスフリーにしてくれました。おしゃれなインテリアより私は部屋の住みやすさと清潔さを優先しています。 Wayneさんは常に即応してくださり、その回答には配慮を感じ、泊まる前から安心できました。 以前から周辺がお気に入りの場所だったのが初めてのAirbnbでこちらを選んだ理由です。朝の公園や市場の散策、すぐ階下に近い美味しいホットサンドのお店、夕方の公園を抜ける風、周囲のローカル食堂、生活に必要な便利なお店の数々、部屋を出たり入ったりしながら楽しみました。 ホテル滞在では味わえない、親切なお店のお姉さんがゴミ収集のスタッフとのおしゃべりも楽しい思い出（台湾の高度なリサイクル事情はかなり勉強になりました）です。次回の滞在を楽しみにしています。

I recommend this! Superb place. The place is near the MRT station and Taipei 101! Cold area and near local restaurants. It was quiet at night and so peaceful! Rei was awesome

The house exactly like the photos. Instructions from owner very clear. Elevator upto 2F then directly connect to house (no door), new experience for us. Kitchen equipped with electric stove, water boiler, oven, microwave, fridge, washer dryer. Toilet came with washlet. The only minus points for me is limited car parking space at roadside, park at our own risk. You will have no issue if using scooter.

My stay was great and pleasant. I really loved the place now that i am starting to miss it. The hosts are nice, responsive and friendly, most of the time, they are very helpful. The house is super nice and i really felt at home. The house located near areas that are well known and famous to go. overall it was good!!!

The place is very clean and close to subway. Check-In/Out is easy and flexible. Kai met us at the place and walk through with us which was helpful. Overall, we were very happy when we stay here. We would like to give this 5 star.

首先房東很好很熱情，有一直密切聯繫我們，所以入住流程很清楚很快捷，服務非常好。 這是一間很舒適很乾淨的公寓，環境清靜，附近有很多小餐廳和便利店，交通也方便，最近距離的車站也不遠，步行7-9分鐘就能到達。 三間房間的空間很大，每一間房間都有獨立提供吹風機，一次性梳洗用品。 客廳有一部投影機，可以有大螢幕看免費電影，廚房的抽屜裏也有很多不同的桌遊，適合一群人一起娛樂玩。 基本的煮食用具，洗衣機，日常用品幾乎全部都有提供，不需要自己額外購買，非常方便~ 唯一美中不足的是需要爬樓梯上三樓，因為沒有電梯。如果行李箱很重的話，就會稍微不方便，但是這並不影響這間住宿的舒適度，整體來說，還是一間非常不錯值得一住的住宿！
