The place was an unexpected gem. Short distance to all the landmarks. We felt safe and welcome in Fatih neighborhood of Istanbul. We knew that apartment will be small when reserved it. However the furniture was organised the best way and we never felt cramped. The apartment had everything for comfortable stay:tv with streaming equipment, kitchenette, washer, drying rack, vacuum, extra linen, comfortable sleeping arrangements (3 beds and 2 sofas). Our group had 4 grown women and 1 child and we fit in nicely. Akin was a very responsive and informative host. We will definitely have Akin in mind next time planning a trip to Istanbul.

The apartment is a lovely first-floor flat located in a central neighborhood, close to the train station that connects directly to the city center. Despite its central location, it is very quiet at night with no noise. It has a washing machine and a drying rack, as well as a good internet connection. The place was very clean. I would happily recommend it to anyone planning to visit Istanbul.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. L'appartement était très propre, bien préparé et confortable. Le propriétaire et sa famille ont été incroyablement accueillants, attentionnés et disponibles du début à la fin. Tout était parfaitement organisé, notamment le transfert depuis et vers l’aéroport. Le quartier est pratique avec des commerces, des restaurants et des marchés à proximité. Merci encore pour tout, nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

I stayed at Akin's house for five days with my family. It was really good. It is in front of the tram station and 5 minutes away from the metro station. It is easy for both my old parents to access. I did not suffer to take them to far destinations. The house was clean, but it was not enough for the five of us. Overall, I give it 5 stars for the hospitality and the service. Thank you, Akin.

First of all, I want to thank Akin for the wonderful host. Akin was proactive and very helpful, he made us feel completely at home in Istanbul. We were in Istanbul with my family for an occasion and Akin's place was perfect for that. The location is great, very close to Yenikapi central station, which makes commute around Istanbul easy. There is a lot of restaurants nearby and also other facilities such as supermarkets. Everything is in walkable distance. The apartment itself was very clean! Very convenient and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. The wifi was fast and the kitchen is convenient for cooking at home! This place is a very strong recommendation from me if you wish to spend your time in a convenient location in Istanbul with all the comforts of being "at home". Check-in and Check-out was very convenient. Akin communicates excellently and gives all instructions in details. We will definitely come back!

Une perle rare à Istanbul ! Quel bonheur d’avoir découvert ce logement exceptionnel à Istanbul ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été conquis par la propreté impeccable des lieux. Chaque détail a été soigneusement pensé pour assurer notre confort. L’emplacement est tout simplement idéal ! Situé à proximité immédiate des transports en commun, nous avons pu explorer tous les trésors d’Istanbul sans la moindre difficulté. Les stations de tramway, de métro et de bus sont à quelques pas, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer dans toute la ville avec une facilité déconcertante. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour mémorable, c’est notre hôte extraordinaire. Sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité ont dépassé toutes nos attentes. Toujours prêt à nous aider, il nous a accueillis chaleureusement et nous a fourni des conseils précieux sur les meilleurs endroits à visiter, les restaurants authentiques où savourer la délicieuse cuisine turque, et les petits coins cachés que seuls les locaux connaiss

The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

Cosy place, very configurable, always a person at the reception ready to help you, i was really pleased how everything gone, that’s my first stay in Turkey and was a hit from the start! In comparison with Paris and his extremities that’s gold! I had questions about the app in my phone for digital lock that my app didn’t work so the host was kind to give me a key, i had questions about reaching the gym wich is on -1 not the second floor, this host send a person to give me the card for access. And i saw that someone says something about the mold on the shower but i think that’s because some guest may shut the doors from shower and bathroom and there’s the mold guys. You should always after shower leave the door open and turn on ventilation to evacuate the steam from it.Very responsive host big like👌?

Tekrar o bölgede konaklanacak olursak tekrar hiç tereddüt etmeden Celal beyin evini tercih ederiz. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi, Celal bey ise hem check-in hem check-out konusunda çok yardımcı oldu, her zaman çok ilgiliydi. Otoparkli olması ise en büyük avantajı idi. Evet bulunduğu yokuş dik, fakat kesinlikle değer çünkü Taksim meydanina ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde.

Perfect location for quite base close to BHT Clinic and Metro access, WiFi included as well as gym and pool which were very quite at our stay in early April.

allt rent och fint, Furkan bra värd . lägenheten mycket bra, lyxig, Furkan rätt person ,trovärdig, han intresserad på sitt jobb. lägenheten rymlig för 4-5 personer men inte mer, då jag bodde där en dag och sen hittade vi en större lägenhet för 7 personer.

Der Gastgeber war sehr Freundlich immer erreichbar und wenn man Hilfe brauchte direkt gekümmert.Super Gastgeber,immer wieder gerne komme ich zurück..Es war alles da was man im Täglichen Leben brauchte.Vielen Lieben Dank für die yzeit und Hilfe.

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

Le logement était parfait; beau, très bien équipé, et calme car donnant sur un jardin. Il est idéalement situé, à 5mn de la tour Galata et 5 mn de la ligne de tramway allant directement dans le centre d'Istanbul. L'entrée dans l'appartement est des plus facile grâce au gardien à l'entrée ( à toute heure) Une location que nous recommandons!
