A lovely, no-frills place to stay near the Henro trail. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was soft and very comfortable. Meals were available on request, but there are nice restaurants close by. The host is welcoming and helpful. Recommended!

Toute la famille s'est montrée très accueillante et disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Les futons étaient de bonne qualité et la maison au calme. merci !

大通りに面したわかりやすい立地にありつつも、中に入ると、清潔でアットホームで穏やかな時間が流れる素敵なゲストハウスでした。 オーナーもとても親切にご対応くださり、快適に過ごすことができ、ゆったりとひとときを過ごせる宿でした。

6年ぶりに宿泊。当時からはガラッと変わっていたが、ホストのTAROとKAYANOは変わらずおられました。 宿泊者同士のコミュニケーションがきちんととれる機会を考えておられ、 普段の暮らしにはない刺激を今回もたくさんもらいました。 昨今の値上がりしているので、温泉の入浴料とかが反映されていなかったりはします。 今回も楽しかったです！

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Tomo-san. Tout était conforme aux descriptions. Le seul bémol, mais ce n’était vraiment pas de sa faute : nous sommes tombés en même temps qu’une famille très bruyante qui a discuté fort jusque tard dans la nuit ET tôt le matin…

Maison traditionnelle avec énormément beaucoup de charme. Vous êtes accueillis par la famille entière très gentille et marrante. La famille est au petit soin avec vous : -on a fait ensemble la cuisine, ils m'ont appris à faire un chirachi -ils m'ont préparée un onsen sur place - guider sur les activités locales ainsi que conseiller pour des lieux à visiter au Japon. N'hésitez surtout pas à venir chez eux et à tester la marchande de glace juste en bas :). Un merveilleux moment.

非常喜欢Hiroko的民宿，非常干净 离Jr和歌山站，和歌山城站都非常近 我一般都是步行 周边也有很多不错的美食点和烧鸟店 可以免费租用自行车 Hiroko很热情的欢迎我 酒店里面有很多和歌山的旅游资料，当然 Hiroko也总会热情的回答我的问题 非常感谢！ 期待我们下次再见！

사진과 거의 일치하며 교통편도 좋아서 쉽게 찾을수 있어요. 도심과 가까와서 쇼핑및 식당 모든시설과 가까와요. 3박4일동안 기차타고 멀리 갈때 말고는 도심에서는저희는 매일 걸어다녔어요. 2인실에 묶었는데 계단이 약간 가파른거 빼고는 침대와 베개가 편안하고 깨끗해서 잠을 푹 잘 잤어요. 사무실에 계신분들도 친절해서 도움 잘 받았어요. 다음에 기회가 된다면 또다시 가고 싶어요

We had to pay for the towels (¥100) but the room was clean and nice! Highly recommended

Great clean place, value for money. 24/7 supermarket on the other side of the street. Superb (and cheap) Japanese restaurant at 200m. Great host as well!

Wir waren für 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft und hatten das separate Doppelzimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kyoko hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, alles gezeigt und sehr gute Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank! Arigato gozaimasu! Malene und Lars

Really cozy airbnb in a idyllic little town. We walked up the hill to some historic places, visited small Izakayas with really lovely staff and great food! If you stay here, be sure to explore Kotohira which is a hidden gem in Shikoku. As foreigners we felt super welcome by the local people. Especially the old man in the parking lot was super polite and nice, greetings to him from Finland! :)

Tomo-san and her wife are very kind and warm people, I immediately felt home the moment I arrived. They do an amazing job as keeping in perfect conditions the guest house, I'm honestly impressed since it's not that small. The guest house has mixed rooms and women only rooms, every bed has a little curtain to have privacy, the bathroom and shower room are super clean and very nice. The guesthouse is just one station away from himeji station, and you can reach it very easily from there. It's also super close to himeji castle, so it's a good idea to stop here if you plan to go there. The hosts gave me some recommendations on where to go since I arrived without any plans, they were very very helpful 😊

Great place to stay. The walk from the train station wasn’t that long for anyone who doesn’t mind walking, and was also very scenic. There is also a supermarket Within walking distance that I found when exploring the area, but I’m sure you could look it up on maps.

Les équipements et les espaces communs sont incroyables ! L'ambiance est chaleureuse et cosy. Le dortoir était nickel, si bien que j'ai décidé de rester une nuit de plus !

Great place for a quick stopover. Good value, and great opportunity to get to know new people. It's a reasonable walk from the nearest train station.

初めて利用しました。 駅から徒歩圏内で、居酒屋通りもあり便利でした。 受付は多少迷いますが、事前に場所など情報を教えて頂いたため困ることはありませんでした。 連携のあるお店を教えてくださった為、スムーズに飲食店にも行くことができました。 施設自体もすごく綺麗で、心地よく利用することができました。

Stayed here for 7 nights. Took the female room, I really recommend it to females. I liked the place a lot, felt at home and the girls at the reception are so nice.

Samaru Guest House was a magical stay that I wished lasted so much longer! The Guest House is tucked away in the beautiful mountains of Kochi Prefecture. I took a Train from Kubokawa to Tosa-Taishō, and the valleys and mountains you get to experience was truly breath taking. The village was picturesque and Yosuke-san was so friendly and warm greeting me at the door of the Guest House and then guiding me to wonderful places to eat. The Guest House was so comfy, with really fun common spaces. I hope one day I can bring some friends to experience the magic of Samaru Guest House and stay for many days :)
