Really lovely stay in a beautiful, warm cabin which had everything we needed! Towels, juice, tea, coffee, milk all included. Wifi was helpful with the lack of signal. We arrived in the dark, so it was lovely to wake up to see the horses and ducks!

What a find. Such a beautiful location for our little break. Such friendly hosts. Everything was wonderful and our children are already asking when we can go back! Both Suzanne and Mark were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making our stay so special 😊

Paul and Maggi were great hosts. They went out of their way to meet and greet me and were extremely helpful during my stay. I’ve stayed in many Airbnb properties but this one has to be one of my favourites. The location is very private and peaceful and I felt very relaxed during my stay. I’m sure I will return at some point.

It was our first time booking through air bnb and we couldn’t be happier. Fiona’s shepherd’s hut was everything we needed and we cannot wait to come back. Very tranquil area with plenty of walks, Richmond is worth a visit as is Middleton Lodge Estate. Fiona is a lovely host and has done a stunning job with this place. We had a lovely stay at Laura’s Shepherd’s hut. The views were amazing. The hut is pretty well equipped and the addition of the wood fire pizza oven was good fun but could do with a rolling pin to make rolling the pizzas a bit easier. The hut was very clean and Laura was a responsive host. Would recommend for anyone who wants beautiful views and nice walks in the Peak District.

Wow, what a place! 10/10 for everything! The location was amazing, beautiful views and the only neighbours were the cute sheep! A perfect place to escape, switch off and enjoy nature. The hut had everything you needed and was in the best location for walks. Would recommend to anyone! Can’t wait to come back. Catherine was a lovely host and made everything perfect for us. I stayed here for 3 nights & it was absolute perfection. It was incredibly clean, cozy, peaceful & extremely dog friendly. The location couldn’t have been better for all the hikes I had planned in the peaks. I only wish I could have stayed longer & I absolutely will next time. The host is also very responsive & accommodating. 10/10, highly recommend!

My daughter and I had really lovely stay at Shepherd's Rest. We loved everything about it from the charming little hut to the peaceful setting. We loved the hot tub, and the visits from the gorgeous labradors. My daughter adored them and looked out for them each day. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

I booked Wuthering Huts for a 2 night break for my partners birthday and it completely exceeded my expectations! Cate was really accommodating and even put together a birthday banner and balloon which we thought was such a lovely touch. Cate also brought us some eggs from her chickens and had a welcome hamper and all the necessities that are often overlooked. Out of all the shepherds huts we’ve stayed in, this was by far the best. The area itself has been done to such a high standard and the decor is beautiful. We did the Brontë walk which was lovely and walking distance from the hut but we are actually thinking about rebooking in the future with view to spend our time simply at the hut itself as it was extremely relaxing. Our little dog loved it too! Although dog friendly I didn’t actually see a single dog hair anywhere. We have already recommended Cates huts to numerous friends who were envious after seeing the photos we put online! Thanks for an amazing stay, Imogen, Steven & Essi

The hut was clean, comfortable, and well designed/ equipped. The associated garden space was a bonus to sit outside and enjoy the lovely view. The location is isolated from other properties making it very peaceful, but still easy to get back to the road network for daily explores.

Absolutely lovely stay! Rachel was a brilliant host and would reply to any messages straight away. The location was amazing and private, in a really good location & had gorgeous views. Really comfy bed, has everything you need. Also love the idea of no WiFi !

Me and my partner stayed here after a disaster trying to camp, we booked and Michelle answered within a matter of minutes. The views were amazing and the place was so peaceful and remote. Michelle was super friendly and had everything set up very nice for us. We will definitely be back again !!

Had an amazing stay in the Shepherd Hut - total relaxation and Cat and Andy were fantastic hosts. We had a little car trouble and they went out of their way to help us get everything sorted. The Hut is in beautiful surroundings and the hot tub was perfect to relax and enjoy some much needed time away. We will definitely return.

Very easy to find, the location is stunning with a lovely dog friendly walk direct from the cabin. Host kept everything very simple for our check in which we appreciated and allowed us to check in early. Has some animals that provide hours of entertainment watching the goats bang heads and the Alpacas trotting around. The gas BBQ is perfect for cooking up a quick meaty storm. My partner also commented on how fresh and clean the bed linen was. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend to any couple wanting to get away for some peace and quiet.
