Separate toilet. Walking distance to the ski slopes, equipment rentals, restaurant services, nature trails, and Ylläs Bike Park. Excellent for families. A Ski-in&out apartment completed in 2023 with two bedrooms and easy access to the ski tracks and slopes, hiking and cycling trails. The apartment has modern amenities and bed linen and towels are included. Both bedrooms have a double bed and plenty of closet space, a private sauna that heats up quickly, a private ski storage room, and a bike storage and ski maintenance room in the building. Kolari railway station and Kittilä airport approx. 40 km away, with bus/taxi connections. Welcome❄️✨

Vanha-Seppälä

Vuonna 1965 rakennettu talo (3 huonetta, keittiö, sauna, wc) sijaitsee Suomen Lapissa Kittilän luonnonläheisessä ja rauhallisessa Kaukosen kylässä. Kaukosessa on tunnettu Särestöniemen taidemuseo. Villa Magiassa voi ihailla keramiikkaa, uniikkiasuja, koruja. Kesäkuun alussa Kaukosessa on Hiljaisuus-festivaali. Yllästuntunturin lähellä Lainiolla on Snow Village, lumikylä ja -hotelli. Matkaa kohteesta on Levitunturille 40 km (35 min), Yllästunturille 26 km ja Lumikylä Snow Villageen 20 km.

Villa in the heart of lapland

The cabin provides comfortable accommodation spaces and a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals after long days. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has separable beds. Upstairs there's a large bunk beds, WC and a fold-out futon sofa for an extra bed. The sauna is located in a separate outdoor building, accessed through a glazed terrace. An outdoor fireplace is also situated on the terrace, where you can enjoy even the chilliest of evenings.
