The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Luxstowe House is a historic cottage surrounded by wild, sprawling gardens on acres of land hidden just 5 mins drive from Bowral. Brimming with beautiful artworks and an abundance of books - it's a home you will never want to leave! The sweet country cottage is set at the bottom of a tree-lined drive and below an old barn once used as a sculpture studio and now as a tree nursery. Only 1.5 hours from Sydney, it will transport you to another world so you can relax & recharge on your next getaway.

Set on a 350 acre cattle property 10 minutes from Moss Vale you will find this purpose built, luxurious Hampton’s style cottage. With a 2 car connected garage and indoor/outdoor sandstone fireplace, it comprises 2 large king bedrooms each with a walk-in robe and ensuite. There is ducted air conditioning, fully appointed kitchen, open plan living dining, concealed laundry, outdoor dining terrace, swinging seat and BBQ. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 or 5. Featuring a tennis court, a secret garden, meandering pathways to explore, a huge trampoline and a swing set for kids (and kids at heart), and seasonal gardens. Perfect base to explore the mountains or just have a relaxing weekend enjoying the house and grounds. NB the tennis court is great for a fun game, but not professional standard, and the piano is very old and out of tune and not playable (other than for fun).
