great value and location for skiing at White Pass 25 minutes away. Check-in was easy and communication was great. The kids had a blast exploring the woods behind the house and floating sticks down the river.

This was the perfect getaway for our friend's weekend get-together. There were 10 of us along with a baby and 2 pups and everyone had what they needed including lots of outdoor space where we had so much fun playing in the snow. The turkeys were so cool, I loved feeding them the veggies and other treats we had leftover! The living area with the long table was PERFECT for meals and then games afterward. Thank you for everything!

The hot tub was ready for us on arrival! The view from it was amazing. It was a wonderful, fun place for our family- movies, games, and outdoor play all ready to go. Little touches like popcorn available with little popcorn tubs really made it special. 100% would recommend - a lot of love has gone into this place.

Beautiful home! Suncadia in general is gorgeous. Neighbors were close-ish. Clear instructions. Lots of regulations and rules mostly due to the location (Suncadia). The fees associated with the rules were a lot (hopefully I didn’t get charged for anything) but it is worrisome to see the cost!

Wonderful Memories Made at this excellent location! The pavilion, clean bathrooms, cabin, amenities, and views are extraordinary! Jenny and Todd make sure you and your friends are going to have a fun, comfortable. safe stay. They pay attention to detail and are responsive and accommodating. They are great at communicating and truly care about their guests experience. The bathrooms have a heater! They did a a trash pickup at night so as not to attract bears who are about to hibernate. They are stocked with games, utensils, coffee necessities. and plenty of seating throughout the area. This place is better than I imagined and everyone wants to return. We loved the adventure, the exploration, and the experience! Thank you for making us Happy Campers!!!

Amazing. we stayed here to escape the normal reality of life and was definitely the right place to be! Beautiful room and property the horses were all friendly and a huge bonus as well as the hiking trails! we will definitely be back! very quiet and peaceful!

This warm and lovely big ol' farmhouse was a perfect Xmas reunion for our family of 9. Half of us live in Spokane and the other half in Portland, so it was a perfect half-way spot. The setting is gorgeous, with charming views from every window. The house is grand and comfy and very well appointed with all we needed. Loved the little casita. Ample parking by the red barns. Kitchen is great - cooked all my favorite holiday recipes. Loved the double oven! Everything works! Can't say enough, and everyone wants to come back in the summer! Seriously the best family Airbnb experience we've had, and we've had many good ones -from NYC to London to the OR Coast and Canada. The farmhouse really has a wonderful vibe. I could live there very happily!

Ben's 3 BR/2BA unit was perfect for us and the other couple traveling with us. It was roomy, tidy, and very peaceful. We especially loved the big kitchen. We did not hear a sound in the night. It was fun to have the farm animals nearby and a view of Yaklma Valley's rolling hills. The location was ideal for quick trips into the town of Prosser where we visited the farmers market and a car show. There were plenty of wineries to sample in town as well as easy access to HWY 82 to head to Zillah or Red Mountain. We had the pleasure of listening to Ben sing at a local winery. We found Ben to be very responsive to our questions and he gave us some good advice about the area. Next year if we visit Yakima Valley we would try to stay at Ben's Ranch again.

This was our second stay and it didn’t disappoint. Dee is an excellent hostess. The house is always clean and has great personal touches.

Had a great stay. Didn't have our kids with us this time, but would enjoy bringing them next time! Enjoyed the large property in a beautiful setting. Nice to be about one hour from Paradise or Sunrise at Mt. Rainier. Kitchen was stocked well. A heard of elk came to visit outside one evening. Note that you have two separate soaking tubs in the farmhouse and then the showers are right outside the door in the shower barn.

A little gem, such a peaceful area. Beds were comfy, kitchen was fully stocked and the view from the hot tub was perfect. We will be back.

We stayed at Anastasia’s property to celebrate the New Year, and it was absolutely fantastic! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable celebration. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare our festive meals, and the living room was ideal for gathering and counting down to midnight. This stay exceeded our expectations and made our New Year truly special. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to relax and celebrate!

Great location with beautiful views. Responsive host, able to adjust the heat right away when we asked. Amazing movie viewing set up! ~5 minute drive to downtown Leavenworth or about 1.5 mile walk. It snowed while we were there and they plowed the walk and driveway.

Our stay at Prospector Perch was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the home’s warmth, elegance, and attention to detail. The spacious layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of cozy spots to gather—whether by the fireplace, around the dining table, or out on the deck soaking in the hot tub under a sky full of stars. The kitchen was a dream, fully stocked with everything we needed to cook big family meals. Each bedroom felt like a private retreat, with comfortable beds and serene views that made for restful nights. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the winery and a quick drive to golf, hiking trails, and all the fun Suncadia has to offer. One of our favorite parts? The sledding hill right outside! The kids had an absolute blast, and the adults loved watching with a cup of coffee in hand. This home felt like a true escape, blending luxury with mountain charm. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend for families & friends!

Beautiful location, and wonderfully appointed accommodation. Cassie was extremely pleasant and super prompt and proactive in her communication. It was a very comfortable stay for our family of four (including our pup and toddler). We would love to revisit next time we’re in the area.

Took my daughter to the Luke Combs concert at The Gorge. Beautiful area and walking distance to the amphitheater and winery which was great. We had a great time. Jiong let us check in a few hours early which I really appreciated. Only complaint was you had your book 2 nights, so it cost $1643 for less than 24 hours for us (we left at 6:30 am the very next day). As I said, it’s a beautiful area but it is very remote. Very limited options on places to stay.

We've stayed at Suncadia several times and this was by far our favorite place. The property was easy to access, sparkling clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There were books and games available for the kids and the game room was perfect! Also a great location, walkable to a park perfect for little and bigger kiddos and a pump track for kids to ride their bikes. Lovely home, very responsive hosts. Would definitely stay again.

After being on the road for a while now, Rebecca's guest house was truly a relaxing place to be. I'm kind of shy, so I was a little nervous about meeting someone at the gate on arrival--however, Rebecca made the arrival so welcoming and stress-free, I felt energized after getting there! Loved the cozy, warm feel of the guest house, and of course the animals. Everyone on the ranch (animals included!) works hard and does a good job looking out for one another. I had a very positive experience and would love to come back soon. :)
