非常滿意此次的住宿經驗 地點稍微不方便，無法步行到達，但所有的住宿體驗都是非常開心並滿意的 包含所有與房東的溝通，以及他們所提供的幫助，都讓人相當滿意！ 我們這次難得遇到了超級大寒流，退房當天雪積得相當厚，房東很難幫忙叫到計程車，因此房東自行前來接送我們三個家庭到湯澤車站，真的非常非常非常感謝！！🙏🙏

Can you recommend Ian and Deborah’s place more highly. Stop scrolling and just book it! Ian was unbelievably generous with all the extra help he gave us. He even stocked the fridge with substantial basics for breakfast and spices and oils etc to make self catering much easier. The location is more than convenient. Thanks so much Ian. You are a super duper host!

Whilst the snow wasn’t what we hoped so late in the season we loved our time in Nozawa. Gab and his lovely family and staff made us so welcome as well as helping with all our questions and recommendations for ski hire and tours and the best of all, sending our excess baggage back to the airport allowing us to continue on our travels without our ski gear! The apartment was spacious and easily coped with 8 of us, perfect for larger groups. The apartment is located a 10 minute walk from main centre of town. We will be back!

Great stay in nozawaonsen! Mark and Yoshiko make everything very simple so you can simply enjoy the snow for your stay!

The host was amazing, and I have to give a special shoutout to Peter Yates,Mogi the manager, who went above and beyond to assist with every single issue. He was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and made sure everything was perfect for us. The check-in process was seamless thanks to his support, and the place itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed—comfy beds, a great kitchen, and even nice extras like fresh towels and local tips. The location was ideal, close The location was absolutely perfect, conveniently close to every ski resort in the area, making it a dream spot for winter sports lovers, while still offering a peaceful and quiet retreat at night, highly recommend this chalets to anyone and would love to return in the future!”

Amazing house with 2 bath and 2 toilets and large living space Mark was so accommodating to allow our change in plans and helped us wherever he could and was there to help us check in smoothly He also came to fix our washing machine and made sure everything worked for us Just behind is two slopes but we were at beginner level so those were too steep for us Place came with children sled and snowman making scoops Place also came with 4WD and snow tires and own parking - do not recommend driving own car because Mark’s car is more suitable for Hakuba winter road conditions!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable and quite a large house. It was also nice that there was a yard that we could hang out in. We also love that it was only a 10 minute walk to the entrance of the snow monkey park, which made it really easy to go see them. Lots of great little restaurants within walking distance as well. Great communication from Daniel And. We will definitely recommend this day to someone trying to enjoy a smaller area outside of Nagano and next to nature.

a wonderful stay! a great location to base yourself for a stay in noza. the space was abundant for 3 families on a ski trip. close to wonderful restaurants and onsens. we would highly recommend Chris's place!
