Centrally located, spacious house

This is a well located, dog friendly, townhouse on a quiet estate (built in 2008), 3 minutes from Marriots Walk shopping centre with Marks and Spencers, restaurants and Cineworld leading into the town centre. The nearest bus stop is a 6 minute walk with regular, direct buses to Oxford, Woodstock (for Blenheim Palace), Burford and more. The Farmers Dog (Jeremy Clarkson's pub) is a 10 minute drive. The house has two parking spaces and there is other on street parking on the estate too.
