We stayed at this beautiful cabin for a 40th birthday celebration, and it was absolutely perfect! There were six of us, and the space was just right—cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The highlight was definitely the hot tub what have a window on a sealing —so relaxing and a great way to unwind together. The cabin had everything we needed, and the setting was peaceful and private, ideal for a weekend escape. We made amazing memories here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend for groups or special occasions!

We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

We stayed at forestry cottage for the weekend for my mums 70th birthday. The cottage was so homely and comfortable and a really good size for 7 people. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive, little touches like doggy treats and supplies (we bought our family dog) and balloons, party poppers and a happy birthday banner was left for my mum which was a really nice touch! The cottage is set in the most beautiful/peaceful place with decent walks around the lake. All in all we had a very lovely stay, would 100% recommend.

We had a lovely long weekend at Anna’s Coach House celebrating my mum’s 60th with my family. There was something for everyone including our 3 toddlers. Grounds were beautiful & the house smelt lovely & clean. Anna was very responsive & helpful during the lead up to the stay as well as during our stay. The only slight negative myself and my guests had was that upon booking we had expectations that some things would be included in the price as it was shown in the photographs (hot tub, extra fire wood,electric charger for example) but these were all at an additional costs that we were unknown about when originally booking. There were a few logs but didn’t last more than half an evening. Apart from this everything was lovely & we would recommend Anna’s Coach House.

Lovely stay at Gillian's place. Its a lovely setting and worked perfectly for us. Whilst we did not spend a whole amount of time there, the time we did spend was great Great comms from Gillian, great info at the house too.

I loved it so much I have booked to go again, disappointed that the prices are higher. However it was the perfect break that I needed.

Really lovely,homely caravan, very clean and beds were really comfy,nice crockery. Hotub was 10/10 so warm and really clean,so was the decking it was on. We booked really last minuite,due to a terrible exsperience at butlins. Nigel was so responsive and got everything sorted for when we had arrived. The location is beautiful and peaceful,a little bit more of a walk from the site amenities, but we didnt mind as we didnt have the passes. Nigel sent a list of restaurants and takeaway s straight away which was really useful. Will absolutely use him again to have a caravan.

Beautiful bungalow well furnished, good temperature from underfloor heating. Beds comfortable, bathroom spacious, shower great. Only cooked one meal but appliances worked well. Parking superb, outside space very user friendly. had a great weekend. (Local taxi firm was great as well)

We had a great weekend away here. The room was beautifully furnished and cosy in peaceful Holkam Park, and close enough to walk into Wells-next-the-sea. The bed was unbelievably comfy and the room had everything you needed. Johanna was a helpful and responsive host. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed at Bluebell Cottage for 5 days to celebrate my birthday and loved it. We had such a great time and were so comfortable in the cottage. From the minute we walked in, it felt like home. We went out every day exploring the area and coming back to the cottage after a long day felt wonderfully relaxing. I love North Norfolk so much, from the beautiful natural beaches to the characterful small towns and villages. We are definitely returning and will book the cottage again for sure. What a fantastic place. Beautiful location and completely peaceful. It was lovely to sit out on the patio in the evening with the sun setting. The perfect place from which to explore the wider area, unfortunately I didn't have chance to but would love to return one day and do so. The inside is completely as expected and has everything you would need to be self-sufficient.

This was a perfect place and I really hope I get to come back. The setting is beautiful, the area is quiet, the house itself is comfy and clean, the kitchen & rooms are well equipped, and host Elizabeth is friendly and welcoming. The location is fab - there's an award-winning bakery/cafe 7mins drive away, gardens to visit 9mins drive away, and Rutland Water 15mins drive away. To get to stay in separate rooms as friends yet have the shared homely space was great. We cooked a full meal, as the equipment, oils & seasoning we needed were provided in the kitchen. We connected our laptops up via our own HDMI cable to the TV and put our feet up on the reclining sofas. Perfect! Would recommend.

Amanda’s house is perfectly located within a few minutes walk of the town centre. It is very spacious, decorated to a good standard and very well equipped. We were a family of 6 adults and 3 children with 3 cars and we had plenty of room everywhere. I would highly recommend this house and would happily stay there again! Thank you

We had a lovely stay at Jonathan’s place. The cabin is in a quiet and pretty neighbourhood that is only a short drive away from Cambridge. The lodge is cosy and comfortable and equipped with all we needed for a short stay. We enjoyed our exploration of Cambridge and it was lovely to meet and chat with our host Janet. Jonathan had also left a lot of useful information in the guidebook, such as recommendations for food and activities in Cambridge. Thank you both for the great stay!

Another great stay in this idyllic village; the first time staying with Sarah. The house is beautifully light, comfortable and spacious. The perfect base for the area. Would highly recommend a visit to The Hero pub down the road for food, the staithe is great at sunset and the beach is well worth the walk. We also hired bikes at Holkham Hall to explore the grounds and had a picnic in the walled garden. Wells-next-the-Sea is a great seaside town (recommend Frenchies for fish and chips) and Burnham Market has good shops!

Lovely stay at Shepley house. We had a great time, kids loved the pool and outdoor games. The garden and firepit were a real bonus and it was so relaxing to wake up to the birds singing. We had the most enjoyable three days and would love to come back one day.

Property was as described, well located, just a few minutes walk from Heacham South Beach.

Another great stay. We love the pool and games room. A relaxed week that gives us the down time we need in a busy life.

Stephen is amazing, personable, responsive, ready with helpful actionable suggestions if you need them . The place itself is on a beautiful , riverside property, with beautifully maintained garden, swimming pool. It is 10 minutes drive from Peterborough and 25 minutes form Stomford, and has many trails and walks around that you can explore.

Beautiful lodge, very comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend, Gillian sent us lots of info which was very helpful. Thankyou for being a great host and sharing your lovely holiday home.

Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

We had a wonderful time even though weather wasnt great Lodge was perfect everything you need perfect location on site will definitely be booking again

We had such a fantastic stay at Coot Cottage, beautiful place with fantastic amenities (stand out being the pool which our daughter loved!) We’ve already recommended to family and friends and will definitely be back again to try one of the other cottages!
