Over 400 miles of hiking/riding trails, 244 acres of public hunting & fishing. 25 mins from downtown Marietta 90 minutes from Hocking Hills State park! Enjoy relaxing on the covered back deck overlooking the spacious backyard and view of the river. At night relax by a fire and do some start gazing . It's easy to see why we call this "Our little piece of Heaven" ❤️

Erb'n Roots, a working farm

Whether you're looking for a quiet place to stay or a countryside adventure, check us out. Just 6 miles from historic downtown Marietta, we’re a 108-acre family farm with beloved Highland cattle and sweet goats, too. Open to general public on limited summer weekends. Trails, creeks, fields, hammocks and front row seats to stunning sunsets are all part of the package. A nearly century-old barn offers a custom banquet table for a special occasion or meal. Front Street Loft Apartment

An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. The cottage offers an apartment-sized washer/dryer, coffee bar, fully stocked kitchen & bathroom. Equipped with all the modern conveniences.
