The house consists of 3 floors and has 2 large terraces with lots of sun and greenery. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

All appliances such as oven, vitroceramic hob with extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer are available. The hottub costs 80 euros extra, payable on arrival.
