Approximately 6’3” A reminder, please: kitchens are provided for convenience. Follow kitchen cleaning rules 150 sf deck with spectacular views of the lake. Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels etc. IMPORTANT: local bookings, please message reason for your stay. Have had issues with parties, etc.. I reserve right to cancel questionable local bookings.

Oak Hill Cottage: WiFi, Views

This peaceful cottage sits on an oak dotted hill overlooking the lake and offers sweeping panoramic views from almost every room in the house. It would make a great homebase for adventures fishing, boating, hiking, winetasting, etc. Travel less than one minute by car (5 on foot), & you'll find a park, a public beach, & a free boat launch. Or, you can stay home & cook a meal in its deluxe kitchen. King size beds in both bedrooms. Restaurants, coffee, & shopping within easy walking distance.

Quiet Studio: Private Entrance, Bath, Kitchenette

Recently remodeled and updated, very clean. (I'm enrolled in the Airbnb covid cleaning program and the studio is also on its own ventilation system.) Excellent for solo business travelers/students looking for a quiet retreat or to quarantine. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood west of the UC Davis campus, with easy access to bus lines, greenbelt parks, stores, restaurants, and bike paths. Easy 10-minute bike ride to campus. Yuba City Attached, Private Suite w/Pool, Laundry

This little suite has everything you will need! There is a kitchenette to include mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. The room has a queen bed, television w/Roku, closet, table, and chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower. The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Monday and open year-round for use. The suite is the back unit (unit #2). The garage parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.
