June's Loft is a 900+ sq ft, spacious, clean, bright apartment with a king bed, a full sofa sleeper, and a full-size couch. There is a small desk, 55"TV, kitchen & bath amenities, washer & dryer. Guests have a private outdoor patio (shared use of a fire pit and gas grill). Our home and attached Loft apartment are located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Pullman. Guests may walk, bus, or drive to the WSU campus. The hosts are usually available to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

Unique Garage Studio with EV Charger

Stylish and unique, The Garage sits on 5 acres literally 50 ft outside of Pullman city limits (3 miles from middle of WSU campus). We are located close enough to town for easy access yet far enough to relax in your downtime. The Garage is a studio with a queen bed and 1 bathroom. Plus a queen Murphy bed for additional 2 guests. The unit has a full kitchen with stove, fridge and dishwasher. There is also an in unit washer and dryer. Enjoy your Palouse stay at The Garage!

Grandma’s Farmhouse

1950s farmhouse. Kept to almost original as when grandma lived there. Knotty pine walls and vintage linoleum. Throughout the house, there are vintage photos and family history posted. It is by no means fancy but it is clean. We are located in Steptoe Wa but is surrounded by farm fields and a seed plant behind. Agriculture area so be aware that dust may be present and farm equipment near by. * note- exterior will be remodeled and painted as soon as weather allows.

Arbor Street Inn

Newly remodeled daylight basement apartment in vintage Sunnyside Hill home. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. Located on major bus route to WSU. Decor features fine art from proprietor's collection. The kitchen is fully stocked with full size appliances and rollaway dishwasher. Main bedroom has queen bed with a comfy fouton in office/sitting room. Breakfast items provided and meals can be arranged with Chef Joan or prepared by guests.

Carolyn's Cozy Coop - a private little place

This sweet little cottage is nestled amongst trees in the back yard of the main house and is definitely full of character. We were told the outbuilding started out as a chicken coop and, over time, it morphed into a people coop. If you’re looking for perfection you will not find it here. What you will find is a comfy little place with a feeling of being in the woods.

State Street Cottage, 1 BR Apartment

Adorable one-bed, one-bath sunny basement apartment right in the heart of Pullman. Five-minute walk to downtown, two blocks from the Chipman trail.
