Our Brand new 800 sq. ft suite is 6 minutes from I-15, but you'd never know it. Located in a beautiful, newly built neighborhood, it's the perfect place for business travel or vacation. We have everything you'll need to enjoy your stay! The suite is beneath our living area. We have small children that love to play and can be heard on occasion during the day. However, not a lot of sound travels between our spaces. We guarantee quiet from 10pm-7am. No pets allowed, including service animals.

The downstairs apartment is yours to enjoy! There are several stairs down to the entrance. It has a private entrance from the backyard with coded key pad. The enclosed backyard is nice if you are bringing a dog. However, we are not hosting people with cats due to allergies. Please do not smoke on our property.
