Cool place to stay. Close to everything. Very convenient for all daily needs

The Alumni Cottage was perfect for our short stay weekend. I loved the peaceful side yard with the great shade trees and the privacy feel from the bamboo. We enjoyed the neighborhood walks in the evening and walking through the beautiful grounds at the university. We would definitely stay again when visiting the Searcy area!

Truthfully one of the best ABBs we have ever stayed at. Incredible location downtown but still an easy walk to Harding. Pristine condition. Very well stocked kitchen. Also perfect for two families to share the unit as well. 10/10 all day!!!

Carol’s place is awesome! Plus, she’s super easy to communicate with. For example, she quickly responded yes to our request for a later checkout time. Highly recommend.

We had a very comfortable stay - Michael's place was exceptionally neat and clean. It felt like home, was very well stocked, and bright with plenty of light. We would happily stay here again in the future! Highly recommended!
