Toni-Ann was an excellent host from the moment we booked. She was quick to respond and so helpful. The property was exceptional, even better than the photos. The quality of the fixtures, fittings, decor and landscaping were the best I’ve seen in an Airbnb. We loved the layout of the property and the spacious rooms and smart bathrooms. Everyone really enjoyed the hot tub. In the local area there was plenty to see and do. We went to Bude, Boscatle and Tintagel as well as just enjoying relaxing at the house. Great gas bbq which was really clean and all utensils were there for us to use. Highly recommend booking this beautiful, modern, well organised property with a brilliant host. Thanks for having us!

Great house in great location. Fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful host , coffee etc provided . Really responsive to messages and flexible with check in . Beautiful home , kids loved the hot tub and the location was perfect.

The stay at Rachel’s place was amazing,Rachel prepared a hamper basket for our arrival,warmed the place for us for when we arrive,everything was exceptional,the house has amazing views,very lovely and quiet neighbourhood,overall very pleased with our host and house and hopefully will go back during summer time thank you

Enjoyed a great stay with the family, including 6 year olds, parents and grandparents. The house was superbly presented with everything you need, a short walk from the beech and cafes, and in a great location. Was perfect for what we were looking for!

Caroline has a beautiful lodge tucked away in a lovely campsite. It has everything we needed and some. She was very thoughtful with her gifts for the kids and Betsy the dog. The hot tub was a god send of days of walking around the scenic area of Devon. The lodge itself was amazing , clean , homely and in a great location. Thankyou very much for a much needed getaway from normality.

Kieran’s place was great, it was clean and had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space was also lovely and it was so nice to have the hot tub! Kieran was a great host, very communicative and provided us with lots of information. I would highly recommend this place!

We spent the May bank holiday here there were 7 of us and 1 doggie, wonderful and spacious - easy walkable distance into Bude found the most direct route which brings you out onto the golf course - beds very comfy and everything was lovely and clean - outside space is wonderful with great views, the house is just amazing would definitely recommend and would love to return again thank you for a wonderful bank holiday wkend in Bude. Great communication from Host answering any questions. Made organising the trip a breeze. Beautiful accommodation, very well equipment and so spacious - host left us biscuits and pods for the coffee machine as well as 2 bottles of bubbly which we enjoyed as we were away celebrating a family members 70th birthday. There were 12 of us in total - younger being a newborn and the oldest being 70 and we all had the most lovely weekend - everything from pub lunches to countryside walks, dips in the hot tub and a trip to the Honey Farm. Couldn't recommended enough !

We had a wonderful stay at the lodge in Holsworthy. The location was peaceful and idyllic, offering stunning views and just a short drive from Bude. The lodge itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt very welcoming. Gillian, our host, was brilliant—friendly and attentive, she met us on arrival and had even kindly provided a few essentials to eat, which was a lovely touch. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a tranquil setting.

Wow, what a lovely cabin in a lovely place, hosts were amazing, everything was so clean, even the dog bed! we were completely left alone after entering the cabin which was perfect, was told not to put my dog on a lead, really lovely place will definitely be returning, couldn't of asked for any more. Great few days in one of the lodges. The place was warm and cosy (even in January!). Lovely grounds and opportunity for walks. Freedom for dogs to run around. Pool was a highlight, heated appropriately so one could enjoy the swim. Hot tub and sauna were also great. Thank you!

Id highly recommend staying here! A very unique place to stay, the cabin itself and the garden it’s in is really beautiful. It feels very private. All the details inside have been really thought about, and has everything we needed. It’s felt so relaxing and luxurious. There are so many nice touches everywhere such as the stoneware, and bed linen. The outdoor shower made us feel a lot more connected with nature each morning, and the outdoor hot bathtub after we’d built a good fire was lovely after such a long drive. Kitchen has all the things you’d need, and as a bit of a coffee person having a v60 and filters in the cupboard was a really nice touch. The local farm eggs were a real treat! We utilised the communal barn as well (again a very well thought out space), which has a big oven etc. We really loved it here. Many thanks again to Henry and Ania, we can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at the Stonecrackers was great. Hadyn and Caroline welcomed us shortly after our arrival, we enjoyed a tasty hamper waiting for us inside, they were also very helpful for a few questions we had during our stay. The cabin and surroundings made for the perfect place to switch-off and unwind. The only problem of our stay was the long weekend wasn't long enough, our mini dachshund would certainly agree! We'd love to come back when we next visit Exmoor.

What an amazing place - everything is as described on the listing. Nathan was super helpful, informative and talked us through how to use everything in the cabin and get the hot tub up to temperature. We did the circular walk mentioned - it’s a good 3 miler with enough up downs to make your pint/s at the half way point well earned! We were blessed with beautiful weather, but imagine on a stormy day it would be just as lovely - all hunkered down inside listening to some old school vinyl.

Stayed for my 40th birthday followed directions and used what 3 words worked great no issues finding it. I would recommend bring some food with you as shops are quite far away. The pub wasn't open when we were there and the closest spar had limited choice of food but everything in kitchen worked great. Had a very relaxing stay enjoyed hot tub and sauna. A few places on the local recommendations have now closed but otherwise would def recommend to friends. Cooper loved running around in wildflowers, stream and looking out the huge windows at birds and squirrels. Loved it 🥰
