We absolutely loved our stay at Ofir’s home in Westchester! We were less than a mile from LAX which was super convenient for my friends flying in for the weekend (the airplane noise was not at all bothersome in the house!) and we liked being only a 10-15 min drive from Venice. The house itself was well appointed with everything we could need. It felt cozy and stylish, and we LOVED using the hot tub. The shower pressure was also perfect. 10/10 would absolutely stay again!

My family and I really enjoyed this beautiful property. The house was clean, nicely furnished and decorated, had comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms. The crib was especially cosy and nicely made up for my baby grandson. The kitchen was large enough for multiple persons to cook together, which we did for our family breakfasts. The outside was truly lovely and the heavenly scent of wisteria and orange blossom was everywhere on the rear patio, the front veranda and even on the bocce court. We had a great time and couldn’t have asked for more.

Special mention for the lovely garden with the fish, a true little haven of peace that added a serene touch to our stay. The host was responsive. First time using Airbnb and it did not dissapoint! Sean's place was spotless, perfect size for our group and convenient location close to SoFi Stadium and LAX. We loved the backyard especially! Sean was very responsive the whole trip and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for your next trip to LA!

Place was perfect for our needs. Great location, close to the heart of Echo Park, but far enough away to feel quiet and restful. Private terraced backyard caught great sun, with nice views up the valley. Lady Byrd (hit it for brunch) is a two minute walk down the road. Would absolutely stay here again. (Only drawback was kitchen wasn’t very well equipped for cooking/eating in.) Farbod was exceptionally responsive to the small needs we had.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience at this beautiful home!! Clean, safe, comfortable, luxurious backyard, and great walking distance to many restaurants. Our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay lovely. We hope to come back again one day!

My wife and I were down in LA for a surgery and couldn't have found a better place to stay. It was close to Ventura Blvd where you can get access to some great places to eat or other groceries so you can cook at the house. We had an excellent time and Lisa, as a host, matched the excellence of this home. My wife and I have already discussed coming back down to visit and potentially bring some family along. You will not be disappointed!

This is my second time here so obviously I think it's great. It's well-maintained, comfy, and in a beautiful hilly area. The studio is attached to her home but is on its own level and has no door leading to her house. For an attached unit, it feels pretty private. I didn't have a car and that worked out fine because I'm okay with hill climbing. It's about a 12 min walk to a grocery store and some restaurants, 20 min walk to the LA river and the coffee shops along it. Adrien was kind and a wonderful host!

We visited for our honeymoon. What a wonderful week it was. Waking up every morning to the sound of waves crashing into the beach and watching the sunset over the ocean each evening. We walked to the pier in the mornings and had dinner at Nobu which is also a short walk away. This was one of the most fabulous experiences I have had on air bnb. Zero complaints about this most excellent spot!

We had a wonderful stay at Kayla’s apartment! The space was beautiful, very clean, and had a perfect balance of modern design with just the right amount of charm. Kayla was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better! We walked to the Warner Bros. Studios and explored several great restaurants in the area. It’s also close to everything—Burbank Airport, Hollywood Blvd, WeHo, and NoHo were all just a short drive away. One of my favorite parts of the mornings was waking up to the sound of birds singing—it was such a peaceful way to start the day. You can even see the WB Studios right from the window! There's construction across the street, but it wasn’t too disruptive during our stay. The convenient parking in the back was also a big plus. The only small suggestion I’d make is to consider adding blackout window treatments in the bedroom—the morning sun is quite bright. Other than that, everything was fantastic and we’

Maxime's apartment was incredible, extremely clean and with wonderful amenities in the building. I do appreciated the last minute accommodations at such a late hour. Downtown LA is not the best area in general but Maxime's apartment is a little piece of heaven amongst the chaos of downtown area.

Great place to stay for my husband and I during our trip to Santa Monica! It was exactly as advertised and very clean. Good location that was walking distance to the pier and the promenade. Included parking spot was a bonus.

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, anfangs bisschen schwierig zu finden aber wahrscheinlich lag dies an mir. Der Herr in der Lobby war super freundlich ebenso wie die Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir gebraucht haben zu dem war die Aussicht, bei Sonnenuntergang wunderschön. Mann konnte auch das Telefon mit dem Fernseh verbinden und seine eigenen Serien schauen. Leider hat Los Angeles selber uns nicht so beeindruckt vor allem Down Town war ziemlich runtergekommen und viele Obdachlose, vielleicht für andere normaler als für uns aus der Schweiz. Jedoch ist Beverly Hills etc mit dem Fahrzeug von der Wohnung schnell erreichbar. Einfach toll Danke euch für die Gastfreundschaft.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, kürzlich in der in Los Angeles zu übernachten, und ich kann nur Positives berichten! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war tadellos sauber und ordentlich. Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

Wonderful location. Extremely short and safe walk to the beach. House is extremely spacious and all eight of us could spread out In both indoor and outdoor living spaces. We were very happy with this place! Kids loved the upstairs recreation space.

A truly flawless stay. So clean I could have been the first guest. Chic modern design. Cozy bed. Excellent communication throughout. The building was safe and secure in a neighborhood that is sometimes off-putting, but this block was the nicest of downtown and easy to walk to many restaurants and bars.

absolutely STUNNING!!!! pictures do not do this place justice and the waves that crash up makes the world's most peaceful sleep!!! My husband LOVED the shower the water pressure was the best and the water got super hot! beds were comfy, everything was clean and neat, parking was private and everything was exceptional!! thank you so much

Adorei a estadia, o espaço é exatamente como as fotos, localização ótima. O apartamento é super equipado, tem tudo para uma estadia curta e longa. O Adam foi muito pro ativo, respondia super rápido e me ajudou muito no envio de um item que esqueci no apartamento. Super recomendo !!!
