Little Blue se ha construido utilizando principios de sostenibilidad; está completamente fuera de la red, funciona con tanques de agua de lluvia, tiene un inodoro de compostaje y está equipado con pinturas y revestimientos de suelo naturales no tóxicos. Las puertas y ventanas tienen doble acristalamiento.

El pequeño estudio de sirenas Gnarabup

The Little Siren es un estudio independiente en la parte trasera de nuestra propiedad. Se encuentra en un pequeño y único bolsillo de Margaret River, con vistas a la zona de surf de Gas Bay y la cresta del cabo Leeuwin. Un oasis solo para adultos (no se admiten bebés, lo sentimos), en el que explorar el cabo, acurrucarse y leer libros o simplemente pasar la noche mirando las estrellas desde la cama. Nuestro dormitorio está en un nivel de entrepiso, el baño está abajo, ten en cuenta que hay varias escaleras en la propiedad.
