Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Hier kun je genieten van de bosrijke omgeving en de idyllische, rustige sfeer op het landgoed. De aanwezigheid van de paarden op het terrein, draagt bij aan de landelijke sfeer. Ontdek de rust en charme van het plattelandsleven in onze sfeervolle woning, perfect voor een romantisch uitje of een gezinsvakantie. Oorspronkelijk een oude pinkenschuur, is het nu omgetoverd tot een landelijk toevluchtsoord van 130m2 met een vleugje Franse flair. Stap buiten op ons ruime terras dat uitkijkt over onze fruitbomen, en geniet van het vredige uitzicht op onze boerderijdieren - schapen, varkens, geiten, kippen, kalkoenen en eenden - die vrijelijk tussen de bomen grazen.

Uniek houten huis, nabij bos en plassen

Het houten huis hebben we zelf gebouwd in 2019 met gebruikte materialen. Het huis is geschikt voor 4 personen, de woonkeuken heeft een gezellig eettafeltje en gezellige zithoek. De woonkamer heeft een prachtig glazen dak dat zorgt voor een mooie licht inval. -Keuken voorzien van combi oven, vaatwasser, Koelkast, inductie kookplaat en oven. De 1e slaapkamer bevind zich op de begane grond naast de badkamer. De 2e slaapkamer is met een kort trapje te bereiken op de 1e verdieping

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Central located apartment - groundfloor & airco

Feel welcome at our modern and clean apartment. It's located in a cute neighbourhood within 10 min walk to the old city centre and central station. It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

Amersfoort and Zeist are also nearby.
