The property is built on a large farm. plenty of living space. very close to warnambool, hamilton, coleraine, Mt gambier, port fairy and portland. all 1-2 hours away which means you can visit each of these towns in the day and come back in the evening. The house itself is airconditioned and has indoor fireplace. totally peaceful and enjoyable. Pl being your food with younearest shop is 25 min away in casterton. animals on the farm come and go but you are free to play soccer cricket or fly kites

Our heritage cottage has original presed tin ceilings and timber floors. It is not a modern cottage but has all mordern apliancess with exception of the cooker which whilst being older is functioal and clean .There is a kitchen dresser which has tea coffe and cooking oil salt pepper and vaurious spices.Also in the fridge you will find milk drive.We are also on the alternate route from Melbourne to Adelaide. A continental breakfast provided for overnight guests UPON REQUEST ONLY

We are located on Commercial St, Kaniva, within 5-minute walk from the Commercial Hotel, Club Hotel, the Kaniva Community Roadhouse, and the town centre. All our rooms are equiped with tea, coffee, reverse cycle air conditioning, microwave, kettle, toaster, ironing facilities, ensuite bathroom, TV and DVD player. Free WIFI internet access is available to all rooms. Password can be found above the bench on the wall.
