The tiny home was exactly as advertised. Lory was very informative and helpful. The location was PERFECT for all of the local attractions and activities. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

We stayed here for our 26th anniversary and it was perfect! It is an amazing cabin with incredible views. I highly recommend this cabin. The one piece of advice is because cell service is spotty don't trust your gps. Follow the instructions and look for the name of the cabin on the sign.

This lovely cabin is way out in the countryside of West Virginia, making it a perfect getaway for a break from technology and normal busy life.

A rustic cabin in the woods for some R and R was what we had hoped for…and we got it! Beautiful wood beams. So nice to have a private bathroom, as well as a window unit for heat and A/C. The shared kitchen was less than 50 feet away and had all the cooking vessels, utensils and cookware to make a meal. But we loved going to cafe! Barbara and her team served up delicious meals.

Enjoyed a trip here with my wife. Was a beautifully little town and the cabin was plenty comfy. We stayed in the love shack and plan to come back again and try one of the other cabins in the future! Got to talk to the Hostess during check-out and she was very welcoming and friendly!

We loved our stay at the Red Roost! The boys loved the coop. We enjoyed being close to the city but also in the woods. My 8 year old loved all of the different lofts to sleep/play in. This home had all of the little things, forget your backpack for hiking (check), a bin of flashlights (checks), books for reading (check), walking sticks (check). Would love to visit this home again.

What an absolutely lovely stay. The BnB is cozy, well equipped, and has an amazing view of the river right out the bedroom window. Not to mention the wonderful garden space! Sherry greeted me on my way in and saw me off before I left, and left me with a smile on both occasions. If I'm in town again, I know where I'll be hoping to stay!

The stay was right out of a Storybook with 🐔 Chicken-little greeting us at our truck and walking us to our whimsical little cottage stay. The Sunrise and breakfast on the patio overlooking the pond was serene. The zucchini bread was a very nice touch. We would definitely stay again.

Very cute studio like stay! I had a work function and needed a place to rest for the night. Shawn was very responsive and helpful at every turn! Would certainly return again!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is. Everything was so well thought out. The heated floors, the hot tub, the chocolate chip cookies, the screened in deck, the giant windows, the towel warmer, the duel shower heads, and even dog toys and bed were above and beyond. This cabin made our entire stay. After hiking all day, it was the perfect place to relax. This is the perfect place for outdoorsy people who also enjoy luxury. We saw deer and I’m pretty sure we heard coyotes very close the last night, but only 15 minutes from the main route and restaurants. This was a wonderful place to allow us to bring our pups with us, and they were so worn out the entire day traveling home.

This was the perfect peaceful getaway! The cabin itself was beautiful and the hiking trails around the property were everything we hoped for. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a calm, quiet place to recharge and enjoy nature!

The cabin was very clean and comfortably fit the four of us! I was pleasantly surprised when showing up because it was much nicer than the pics showed! We will be back and are super thankful for the memory my family has of our time there!

I absolutely loved our stay at this adorable Airbnb cottage just two blocks from the heart of Shepherdstown. The location is perfect—an easy stroll to great coffee shops, restaurants, and the historic charm of downtown. The cottage itself is cozy, next to a small stream, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Quiet, comfortable, and full of character, it’s the perfect blend of convenience and charm. Highly recommend for a weekend retreat or peaceful work-from-home escape!

We've stayed here multiple times, and each time and season has been enjoyable in its own way. Sitting riverside around the fire ring into evening is wonderful. There's so much to do outside that it's easy to forget how lovely a space the cabin is...you're right in the middle of a town but elevated so it's possible to have privacy to hang out on the porch and read or watch the geese and ducks float by. It's been years now, and this cabin is still our favorite getaway spot.

Our second time staying at The Cabin and enjoyed it so much again! Sam and Jeff are fantastic hosts and the Cabin is such a beautiful spot to enjoy a weekend away. Berkeley Springs is just a quick drive down the hill, but staying here gives you quiet and privacy.

This was an adorable tiny house. Very nicely kept, clean and the fire pit was a huge plus. The house was clean, host was fantastic and the town is super cute (Honeybee Coffee and Donut house right down the street was amazing!). Probably the only caution I have... If you are 6ft or taller you may want to find other accommodations. The loft ceiling is very low and the kitchen and shower also have a pretty low ceiling. This was not an issue for our stay since we were both under 6ft, but I was not expecting it to be quite as small as it was. But overall it was a lovely experience.

Barbara’s was excellent. Our car battery died, and she was very quick to come help us out in a pinch. I did not have service with AT&T, but a short walk up the driveway and we reached some

The Rustic Ravines is a special, unique place to get away. The restaurant on site is within walking distance of where we stayed. Joe and his employees were super friendly, accommodating, and helpful to our needs. I am excited to go back when we come back that way.

Amber’s place was absolutely beautiful! From the pond to the A-frame, it looked exactly like what is pictured. Her and her family were extremely accommodating, and they checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. It was great to get out and connect with nature for the weekend. I will definitely be coming back.

The cabin is cute and small but it is so well designed. I loved it. The couch was super comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. The hosts provided a basket of “did you forget this at home” items and had loads of nearby recommendations. The scenery is incredibly peaceful.

The place was awesome and very beautiful. Host was very helpful and responsive. The place and grounds had lots to do and was a perfect blend of a natural retreat with all of today’s amenities we are accustom to. We would happily return some other time. The place was closer to the other units than I expected based on the pictures, but it was never an issue and still felt very relaxing. We loved the location of the place relative to some popular spots in the area. The only problem was that we didnt stay longer! Thank you Rachelle!
