Relax in our peaceful, family-friendly, off-grid lodge, sited on the edge of ancient woodland and surrounded by a wildflower meadow. This is a beautiful, quiet place to reconnect and make lovely memories for all the family. Footpaths lead in all directions, with access to open fields with views to the north downs. Near many beautiful National Trust properties and other special historic sites. The heated pool is open from April to October. Trampoline, climbing frame and games available.

The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. The Pickers' Lodge

Based on the outskirts of Chelmsford this unique cabin sits on a working fruit farm. It offers a peaceful setting to work from or relax in which overlooks a small plum orchard. Just a short walk away you can pick up supplies from Lathcoats Farm Shop or use The Bee Shed Coffee House for breakfast or lunch. The Picker's Lodge offers a kettle, toaster, microwave and everything you need for something quick and easy in the evening or visit a local pub or restaurant, plenty to choose from!
